The Umrah package was perfect
The Umrah package was great, price was really good and quality was top level. The flights and hotels were perfect and we were given lots of help to make sure we had the best experience possible. Everything we needed was included in the package. Nothing was confusing and we had peace of mind to focus on our umrah. Definitely would reccomend and will use again next time.

It was last minute, I called them for Umrah visa for my wife as she has non-uk passport. Brother from AL MAKNOON helped me done it by 48-72 hours. I don’t even need to visit them, all done by phone call. Very fast-track service. Highly recommended.

I booked my first Umrah with Al Maknoon Travels and all I can say is Allhumdulilah. Abdul Rahman went above and beyond for me in all aspects making sure to provide me with the best. From tickets, transfers, hotels and visas it was all handled for me by him. Even whilst in Saudi Arabia Abdul Rahman checked in with me to make sure everything was going okay. My first Umrah was magical and was beyond my expectations and that was all because of Al Maknoon Travels. All I can say is book through them because I definitely will be!

I had an excellent experience with Al Maknoon Travel when booking my Umrah trip. They took care of everything from start to finish, including the Umrah visa, 5-star hotel bookings, and all transfers, which made the entire journey completely stress-free.
A special mention to Abdul Rahman, who was incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the process. He made sure every detail was handled smoothly and was always available to answer questions and offer guidance.

Excellent customer service. This is the second time I booked my tickets- they went above and beyond with their services. I will definitely be coming back here again. They are on point and keep to thier word. They are so patient- I made mistakes with both my bookings, they amended it without getting frustrated. They are amazing at what they do. A pure family travel agent service.....
A pure family travel agent service who only did not help me out in UK but also when I traveled to SAUDI, their call centre guided me through for my personal tour, also they booked for us to pray in riadul jannah really happy with their service highly recommended

They have provided an excellent service from beginning to end in regards to my Visa to bangladesh application.
