We employed this bunch of cowboys to do the accounting for both of our Ltd companies. It was a disaster.
Firstly we agreed a monthly fee with them to do all our work . Two years later when we sacked them ( due to all the problems) they denied it and took us to court for more money ( they lost !)
We sacked them due to the following problems :-
They prepared vat returns late , meaning we incurred huge hmrc fines , they also calculated other vat returns incorrectly .
They claimed Vat when they shouldn’t and didn’t claim it when they should .They breached our data protection by sending confidential information to the wrong address .
They were unprofessional, chaotic and dishonest .
All the qualities you don’t want from your accountant !
