14th order in 10 months
This was my 14th order from Almost Home as a big fan from NYC (gotta be a record) and each delivery has been as consistently solid as the rest. It ships quickly and you’re informed through multiple channels of its status and expected date of receipt and once it arrives, the items are packed individually with zip bags in a sturdy box with a note from the packager. Whether the process changes or not, I’m confident it will remain quick and communicative.

Satisfying solution
Was a little disappointed that the cap turned out to be satin instead of cotton like the other caps I ordered. Wasn't clear to me in the add allthough it is mentioned in the description.
After a few mails we came to a satisfiyng solution. Thanks!
