Kupiłem kocobluzę dla siostry, bardzo spodobał jej się wzór i czas oczekiwania też o dziwo nie za długi. Trochę czekałem, ale było warto. Polecam !

Firma krzak, zbywa klienta mailami a towaru nie ma. Telefon do kontaktu to kpina, nikt nie odbiera. Jedna gwiazdka za zwrot kasy po jednym mailu, tego samego dnia.

Zależało mi na szybkiej wysyłce więc wybrałam kocobluze dostępną od ręki. Zamówienie przyszło w kilka dni. Sama Kocobluza piękna, super miękka i ciepła.

Really love the quality, they do take a few months to arrive but they are my favorite tshirts, vests, and hoodies! Just don't expect your order to arrive by any deadline as I've experienced delays where I wasn't able to give a gift in time - that said the recipient also loved his shirt so I will continue to order from them in the future.

Horrible, never again.
Bought a oodie and i didnt get it even after 3 months, i begged for my money back but they refused.
After that i warned them that i will inform the police they sended me my money back finally.

Świetne produkty, dostałam kocobluzę przedwczoraj, idealna na prezent świąteczny. Polecam!

Zamówienie już prawie 2 miesiące oczekuje na realizację, tylko dostaje kolejne maile z przesunięcie terminy dostawy, który już dzisiaj wiem, że nie zostanie dotrzymany, bo status zamówienia nawet nie drgnął przez ten czas....

Dostałam informację, że ma przyjść między 9.12 a 18.12. Niestety brak jakichkolwiek informacji a 18.12 już jutro. Tak czy siak w regulaminie jest, że do 30 dni ma zostać zrealizowane zamówienie, a może być później gdy konsument się zgodzi (mi nie dali możliwości zgody lub nie zgody, sami zadecydowali). Zamówienie złożyłam 30.10 i nie widziałam ani produktu, ani zmiany statusie zamówienia.
Brak kontaktu ze strony firmy.
Finalnie dzisiaj dostałam zwrot i anulowali mi zamówienie tak jak prosiłam, więc 2 gwiazdki nie jedna, bo pieniądze wrócą na konto.

Zamówiłem w prosty sposób, zaplacilem w prosty sposób, przyszło w terminie, przyszło to co zamówiłem.
Obie bluzy tochę śmierdzą takim kwaśnym plastikiem. To chyba przez torby w jakich są pakowane. Dwa prania i można nosić.

Jest to najgorszy sklep do zakupu odzieży z jakim miałem przyjemność współpracować, dwa miesiące czekania i z zamówieniem nie wydarzyło się nic, równie dobrze moglbym zamówić to samo z Chin i czekałbym krócej - zero informacji, zerowa jakość obsługi, stanowczo odradzam

Ordered in October expecting delivery in the end of November.
Chased early December to be told that the order is now to arrive by 27 December. At that point I asked for the cancellation of the order and for refund. Next day I received automated email to say my order has shipped.
I have just received it today - quality of the items is poor (doesn't compare to what it used to be) and also all of them were made in China but the products are advertised as made in Poland... It was my 3rd and the last purchase... Never again .
No money has been refunded for items returned to their UK warehouse ( as per their instructions) on 27 December (they have confirmed that they received the goods).
Apparently I need to wait for their warehouse to ship those goods to Poland which is neither in my control or what they requested. Simply a joke.

Oszustwo. Zamówienie, 2 miesiące zwodzenia że bluza się szyje. Anulowałam zamówienie. Ciekawe czy dostanę zwrot pieniędzy. Złodziejstwo.

Huge disappointment. They don't respect the production time specified on the website and they abandon the client by not sending a single follow-up email to explain why the order is taking longer than it should. Sent them an email, three weeks have passed and they still didn't reply to it. After deciding to contact them on WhatsApp, they finally got back in touch.
As for the quality of the clothes -we ordered a hoodie and four pairs of socks. The hoodie is alright, but the socks are such awful quality, and certainly not cheap! ... I wish I could post a picture of them. The socks don't have a heel, they're short, very elastic and the moment you put them on, the pattern makes no sense anymore, they look like a mess.... Plus, after wearing them once, the pattern presented discoloration and quickly became all nappy. Worst, most expensive socks you could think of. Not ordering from them again and I wouldn't advise anyone else to. If you'd still like to order from them, in spite of all the bad experiences people often have with them, do yourself a favour and order at least three months in advance.

Szybką wysyłka a oodie są super. Piękne nadruki i nawet wypranie w pralce wytrzymały. Polecam

Podobnie jak inni, złożyłem zamówienie i... czekam. Napisałem maila, zobaczymy czy odpiszą. Jak dla mnie mocna ściema.

W dniu dzisiejszym dokonałem zamówienia na produkt w promocji (czarny piatek) który był widoczny jako dostępny na stronie internetowej sklepu. Po dokonaniu płatności i wypełnieniu wszystkich wymaganych rubryk otrzymałem wiadomość e-mail, że produkt będzie wysłany za 3-4 tygodnie, ponieważ musi zostać wyprodukowany na specjalne zamówienie.

W związku z powyższym, straciłem około 30 minut na dodzwonienie się na infolinię sklepu. Po zadaniu pytania, czy mam poinformować rzecznika praw konsumenta, czy natychmiast wykonają zwrot środków, Pani Ewelina zaczęła przepraszać i od razu anulowała zamówienie. Niestety, środki zostaną zwrócone dopiero za kilka dni.

I really wish I’d read the reviews before ordering from this seller because they were spot on. My experience has been really disappointing. I ordered several hooded blankets as Christmas gifts, only to find out by chance that they won’t arrive until between December 18 and January 1. That’s nowhere near the “24-hour delivery” they promise on their website.

When I reached out to customer service about the delay, I got no apology. They just sent me a quick message saying that one of the hoodies was out of stock and that they were going to preorder it—no warning about this before I asked! Plus, the hoodie is still listed as “in stock” on their website, which is misleading for other customers who might want to buy it.

The communication has been really bad. They didn’t offer any solutions, like letting me pick a different design. I had to keep suggesting alternatives myself, only to find out those were out of stock too. Their response times have also been frustratingly slow—taking 1-2 days instead of just a few hours.

Feeling fed up with the poor service, I finally decided to cancel my orders. Now I’m just worried about how tricky the refund process will be.

In short, I wouldn’t recommend this company at all. If I could give it negative stars, I definitely would!

I would give -2 stars if i Could.
The site says shipment within 24h, i ordered before the 20th of November and today i got an email that states that my order will be delivered after Xmas .
It's the second time this happens with the same site.
It's a shame 'cause the products are really good, but the management is basically a fraud.
