This company attempts to sell memberships for "wholesale travel services" that aren't available to the public. This is false. Anyone can easily google whatever service (hotel, flight, car) and get a less expensive option for the exact same reservation

Please save yourself the time and agony of sitting through this "too good to be true" scam. The high pressure sales tactics are the first sign for you to leave the zoom meeting. After checking the prices of what the travel service offers, they are no better than what you can get using the hotel website.

The presentation was not at all what they said about the program. There is a fee for all the free stuff and the prices are not cheaper than Expedia. And there is no flight discount

Short and sweet: They get you under contract, take your money, it doesn’t save you any money, computer is down a lot, there is no 24-hour 365 days customer service available, it talk like a duck - it is a duck. Quest what your family and friends can get the same item for cheaper. No up-front fees, or down payments, or program cost $4499.

This company is deceitful in its selling and marketing practices. I agreed to watch a video illustrating that a small up front payment followed by four years of monthly payments would in return give me greatly reduced air fare and discounted hotel accommodations. They videoed and recorded me signing their paperwork. Afterwards, I discussed with my family and checked out some of the supposedly deals, only to find what was told me did not match what I was seeing. In less than 24 hours I called to cancel and was told I could not; that what I had signed was ironclad and if I did not make payments as agreed to, I would be reported to the credit reporting bureaus. It was late on a Sunday afternoon when I signed the paperwork and paid the requested down payment. By early Monday morning, the down payment had already posted to my checking account. This is nothing but a scam that probably thousands of people have been suckered into. Up front the company representatives come across as professional and courteous; after the sale all professionalism is gone, with them talking down to me as if I'm some low life. If anyone reading this knows how to get out of a situation like this, please advise.

They took $999 out of my account without my permission 2 months after I watched the scam sales presentation. I have NEVER used their products. I was on pain meds and provided medical documentation stating that I should not have made any financial or contractual decisions. They refused to refund all of my money and kept $200, when I provided all the medical and other documentation they required.

Scam. How do I get out of it. Now they are trying to make me pay $199. annual renewal on top of the monthly rate

This is a total SCAM. Dont do it.... the prices on the first page on the website are not the actual cost. you have to click book and then you will get the correct price which is higher than expidia. i called Customer service and all they say is I understand but no discount with this website. This is a total scam. They took my $2000 and now nobody calls back. how can this be legal because services were not given as promised.

COMPLETE AND TOTAL SCAM!! They sell you a travel service at supposed lower costs and then do not deliver. My *FREE* cruise I was offered for the webinar was only going to cost me $567.00. I have tried to cancel within the first 24 hours and was refused. They threatened to ruin my credit if I dont pay. Then to top it off, you CANNOT just book a flight to where you need to go, you must book a flight to whatever they offer you. TOTAL RIP OFF FROM START TO FINISH!!!!

This is a SCAM. They get you to buy in to a lifelong travel club for 3500.00 with the promise of huge reduced prices on accomodations! Guess what? Its only about a 6 dollar savings per night! Stay away from this!

I attended this travel webinar because I was offered a vacation certificate and thought it’ll be cool to learn what they’re all about. It’s not a timeshare or anything like I thought it would be… I was impressed with the resort rates and the website is so easy to use. I wasn’t pressured to become a member or anything and I have a family and so traveling could cost a bunch for a family who wants to go to beautiful places and even down the street for staycations. I got the Legacy and paid it off right away. I want to make more memories with my daughter and wished I was able to make more with my parents. So, I want this for my daughter because I know she will remember. I remember my trips as a kid and man, I wish I had more. I recommend this to my friends and family and I’m forever Blessed. Thank you to everyone at Aloha Hawaii for making this opportunity a good one for someone who could barely get by.

I was fooled into watching a video--the webinar shows how you can get flights in different part of the world at a discount because the presenter said YOU ARE GETTING A WHOLESALE PRICE. They told me to be a Member in order to avail of the discounted price. I was hesitant at first, but would like to see how it works, so I signed up. For $57.46 a month for membership I will be able to avail of discounted fair/vacation. They did not tell me that you will be given a newsletter (they said daily but it is actually weekly). It is giving you a discounted tickets but not on the airport you want--i.e., I live in New Jersey and they are giving me flights to Philadelphia/Washington/New York. BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM!

This company does not save you any money. In fact, I paid more. The rates on Google were cheaper that Aloha Hawaii with allll of their fees. DON'T get deceived. NOT a good deal and the company does not help when you email and call. They will hang up on you.
I called when we were on vacation and asked why we were being charged hundreds more in fees, they did not seem to care. Got the run around. Called several times after and still no help. They are not a savings and a scam in my opinion.

Aloha Hawaii Tours and Travel, it's as close as you get to a scam. First you attended a presentation and you would get 3-4 nights of FREE vacation (Depending on your destination) plus $500 of deals that are useless. It turns out this is all a scam. The transfer you to Redeem Vacations who is operating the SCAM on behalf of this provider. Never trust Aloha Hawaii tours and Travel for anything you hear from them. Do not fall for the fraudulent schemes. It’s criminal how this company can exist and how the executives are not in jail. When you hear Aloha Hawaii tours then run 🤮🤮
