You won't believe that Alohawai makes shirts without a chest pocket. When I complained, they refused to make any adjustment. They suggested that if I order again I can request a pocket for an additional $4.00. This is a good company to stay away from.⁰⁸

Updated: Oh, didn't you read carefully? I already explained that we advertised and sold the shirt without a pocket, and the decision to purchase was yours. Please keep in mind that we never advertised a shirt with a pocket and then sent you one without it.
This customer purchased a shirt without a pocket. The product photos clearly show the design on our website, yet he is complaining about why the shirt doesn't have a pocket.
We have already shown our goodwill by offering to add a pocket free of charge to his next order, but he continues to be disrespectful.
Please take a moment to review the product photos before placing an order. It's not as if we advertised a shirt with a pocket and then sent one without it. This complaint is honestly very confusing and unreasonable.

I was trying to help you resolve this issue via email, but you left a negative review before I even received a response from you.
I want to clarify that all shipping information is provided in the product description, including our size chart. May I ask if you reviewed this information before placing your order? You can also read other customer reviews. Most of our customers have received a replacement in the correct size, even when they originally ordered the wrong size, because they were patient and understanding while we worked to find a solution.
It's disappointing that you chose to respond so negatively.

The shirts and shorts are exactly what…
The shirts and shorts are exactly what I ordered. They are polyester, to do it over I would order a different fabric as these are stiff and don't breath. The colors are brilliant though and I am sure they won't fade. I would also order a different size, I went big and these are bigger still except the shorts, I would say the shorts are true to size. Though the inside panel in the shorts isn't deep enough to get the shorts on, I would take a look at that, I cut the middle seam of the mesh so I could get the shorts up to my waist. Mail from Hawaii is slow, just have to expect it that way, our children live there so we are used to it.

Over a month and have not received my shirt!!
Reply. I need to respond to the Alohawai response.. The address is correct, The replace item is only available once the shipper has returned the lost item, it still has not been returned, And Alice has not worked with me with a simple solution of sending out a item as she knows I have not received the first one.
I have had a horrible experience with Alohawai Store. I ordered a Padres shirt on 8/17 for $70.90. It is now 9/22 and I have yet to receive it. Alice their customer service rep has been absolutely no help. Very Disappointed!!!

Update: The package was returned because the shipping address provided was incorrect (no access code for the apartment). I had already informed the customer that we would cover the reshipping cost and only asked them to wait another two days for the package to be returned.
However, the customer was unable to wait, so we proceeded with a refund. As you can see, the incorrect address was not caused by the store.
If you are an impartial customer, I believe you can fairly assess the situation and determine where the issue actually occurred.
Although the package was returned because the address you provided was incorrect, our store was still willing to help by sending out a replacement and offering a refund. It’s really difficult to satisfy you.
Customers can rest assured that we, and I, Alice, will always do our best to support you and protect your interests, as long as you are willing to cooperate and remain respectful while I’m trying to find the best possible solution for you.
This customer has already received a refund. In addition, I also offered to send a replacement order, but they did not accept any of the solutions I offered.

NFL Broncos Custom Made Shirts
The material used to make the shirts is wonderful! The designs are amazing and I consistently receive positive comments from people I meet while wearing the shirts. The only set back is that some of the stitching at the sleeves has come apart and I have had to find a way to get this repaired. Otherwise, the sizes, material, and design are amazing! The wait time to get the shirts is also acceptable and the contact from the company with regards to shipping details is not too bad.
