Super Alphago Avaliações

Proactive delivery and worked in with my wife to when she will be home to collect the order.
Easy enough to put together although found a chip in paint on one of the red sections. Also oner of the weight for the stack has a chip in the plastic.

I have two 45 degree arms left over to brace the back section. I cannot put these on as the bolt holes are to far out of alignment.
Can you suggest anything?
These are also not in the installation manual.

Works great and very smooth to use.

Easy to order and communicate with the team. Small issue with the product configuration but the team were quick to respond when it was raised with them and worked to resolve it to my satisfaction at speed.

Very happy with my purchase!
i had a few questions regarding shipping and Amy was amazing!, she answered all my questions and fixed my end so that i could click a link and purchase, Amy made it super easy process and it came so quickly! so happy with my purchase!

Service was amazing! Super helpful and so friendly! Received comms even after purchasing to see if I needed help with anything else and if I had questions about the products to reach out! Answered super quick too! Second purchase with them and I’m sure I’ll be back again!

Ordered dumbbells and racks. Other than no instructions for putting together the racks, they are pretty good. The hex dumbbells are of pretty good quality and am happy enough with these.

It was a shame that one pair of dumbbells was missing, however after speaking with Amy, they have been sent out immediately.

Side note - this is my second purchase through Alphago and Amy has been great to deal with both times.

Great products and service, will be shopping here again.

I've made 2 purchases with Super Alphago and both time have been no hassle and great transactions. The products are awesome quality and more affirdable than other retailers. I love the home gym I have been able to set up at home with super Alphago products. I will be back to purchase more additions in the near future

I recently bought a smith machine from this company and firstly it was very quick delivery and Amy from the company gave me her mobile phone number as I had a question for her and she informed me when she sent it to come to me and also said if I have any issues with assembly to call her and she’ll help me which she ended up doing cause I set it all up but had trouble getting the cables right and thanks to Amy she sent me a clear and easy to follow video of how it should be set up. Would definitely recommend using this company for all your fitness needs. 5 Star rating from me !!!!!
