I placed my first and last order from this company almost a month ago, they still have not shipped my order and I have received no updates whatsoever. I tried emailing them with no response then contacted their new social media page for customer support and I finally got a message from them saying they will pass my concerns along. Finally I received an email saying their fulfillment timeframe is delayed so I have about four more business days to wait. Well the date they said I should receive an update came and went still nothing. Astoundingly unprofessional and they are still advertising new sales when hundreds of others from months prior haven’t received their orders, haven’t received any customer support, and have even received incorrect items when their package finally arrives.

De broeken die ik van ze heb zijn fantastisch, dit was voor de brexit. Bestel niet want je wacht op niks. Er is geen klantenservice of ze reageren gewoon helemaal niet. Ik wacht al maanden op een reactie. Mijn pakket is nooit aangekomen.

Bad company, avoid them!

Hatte eine Leggings bestellt. Sie ist nie angekommen. Fadenscheinige Begründungen, dass es sich etwas verzögert. Wollte dann mein Geld zurück und mir wurde gesagt, dass ich nur 1/3 davon zurück erhalte. Bin gespannt, ob ich es noch erhalte. Wenn nicht werde ich hier noch mal schreiben, dass diese Firma wirklich kriminell agiert, denn wie ich hier lese, ist es die Masche dieses dubiosen Unternehmens.

No shipment, no answer, money lost.

2 maanden geleden besteld, aan het lijntje gehouden met mails. Op eens zijn ze niet meer bereikbaar voor n paar maanden. Ik stuurde een boze mail terug, was het pakketje blijkbaar ✌🏻verloren✌🏻 gegaan. NOOIT BESTELLEN HIER.

Je moet BTW betalen. Heel duur!. Ik wist het niet. Per een pakket van 150€ moet jij bijna 100€ betalen.

Die von mir bei alphalete.de bestellte Leggings (High Performance Seamless Leggings) traf nie ein. Ich forderte daraufhin Rückzahlung der gezahlten Summe; nach Handeln wurde mir die Hälfte der abgebuchten Summe (Preis + Versand) rückerstattet.
Es machte mich stutzig, dass kein korrektes Impressum zu finden war. Nie fand man einen Personennamen, ein Land, eine Stadt. Alles anonym!
Die angebliche Lieferanzeige durch DHL war ein FAKE.
Eine andere Kundin hatte eine gute Erfahrung gemacht, deshalb meine Bestellung.

Geld wurde abgezogen, Ware kam nie an, es gab auch keine Bestellbestätigung und auf meine Nachricht bei deren Kundenservice wurde nicht geantwortet..

Das Unternehmen verkauft einige schöne, ziemlich hochwertige Produkte.

3x Mails geschrieben, da ich einen Teil der Produkte retournieren wollte. Keine Antwort nach mehreren Wochen.

Produkte auf eigene Faust retourniert. Zunächst keine Erstattung und Antwort. Nach ca. 10 Tagen kam dann die Erstattung.

Bei Bestellung müssen Zoll und Importgebühren von (in meinem Fall) ca. 30% des Warenwertes bezahlt werden. Die Rücksendung nach UK kostet ca. nochmal 20€ und es müssen Zoll-Papiere ausgefüllt werden.

J’ai commandé pour presque 100€ prélevés alors que mon panier était de 80€. Selon eux, c’est à cause des frais de transactions.
Je n’ai jamais reçu les articles que j’avais commandé, j’ai reçu un autre colis avec des lunettes de soleils tout droit sorties d’aliexpress et autre wish. Après avoir contacté le service client, il y a eu un échange de colis avec une autre commande d’après eux.
Cela en dit beaucoup sur leur réseau de distribution… ça vient de Chine et ils partagent le réseau avec des sites de dropshipping.
J’ai fait une demande de remboursement mais comme j’avais quand même reçu un article, je pouvais uniquement demander un remboursement partiel, à moins de renvoyer l’article reçu. Afin d’éviter le risque que ce colis se perde si je décidais de le renvoyer et ayant aucune confiance en eux, j’ai demandé le remboursement partiel et j’ai gardé les lunettes.
Je n’ai jamais reçu ce remboursement, cela fait presque 2 mois que j’attends et qu’ils me disent qu’il arrive.
Au moins ils me répondent, c’est déjà ça.

Extrem schlechter Kundenservice und es ist nicht möglich rabattierte Ware zu retournieren, obwohl auf der Webseite mit kostenloser Retour geworben wird- dies steht jedoch nicht in der Bestellung sonder nur in den AGBs. Aus meiner Sicht bodenlos!

Wish there was a zero. Liars scams and total rip offs. They do not want to refund your money!! Treat you like trash! There is a lead by the name of NICK. He is rude and sarcastic!! They say I sent back stained pants but the sealed envelope was never opened. I bought 2 separate pair. Opened first they looked to be 4xl !!oi ordered small lol!! The other package was NEVER OPENED!! They should no be in business. They are FRAUDS!

I am absolutely furious after waiting for 6+ weeks for my order and receiving nothing. No way to follow up with the company as the "customer service" email bounces back saying undeliverable. Complete scam. Would caution any potential buyers against this site. Consider it a waste of money and an important lesson learned.

Absolutely Rubbish customer service, still have not received my package after six weeks!! Replied to one email and have not heard from them since. Spent over $150 for nothing. Absolutely Furious

Where is the option for ZERO stars?
Most useless customer service! Ordered two large orders & paid for 2-4 days shipping on one of them. Still haven’t received either package & this was over a month ago!
The customer service have the inability to chase anything up & would just send the same email back & forth!
Great clothing but they have no class about them & a strong lack of respect for buyers.

J ai passé commande chez alphalete début juin 2023 et à ce jour je n ai toujours rien reçu...
J ai envoyé 3 mails et aucunes nouvelles de leurs parts...
Je pense clairement mettre fait avoir en beauté...
De plus 92€ de commande et 105€ de prélevé...

I would leave zero stars.
I ordered a few items from alphalete, the top I got I was not the same colour as advertised bit I still liked it.
The leggings I got were nice bit unfortunately they tore from me simply scratching my leg, I enquired and asked for a refund.
All was well until they told me I used a loan from shopify to pay.
Shopify installments isn't even a thing, I paid in full with my debit card which I took a screenshot of and sent them.
They're now saying under the payment method I used, I won't be fully refunded??!.
Make it make sense!! I paid all at once, they as a company use sjolify to accept payments this has nothing to do with me.
Would not order from this shady company.
