The trader wants you to transfer USDT to his "broker".
The entire website is very buggy and just a fake website where even the charts don't work. Basic legal information is missing etc. If you transfer money, You will lose it.

By mistake, I clicked on their link thinking it was the USTPO link and I asked Max Wilson if he worked for the USTPO and he said he did I found out later he was a liar. So I paid him $149 to start my application and was told to wait till the USTPO came back with what class I would be in, then It came back as class 3 and the cost is $350 per class and then came to $1050 that I paid him and then that I need a lawyer or it all would be canceled that he could get me one for$1100 for a lifetime or one other or one for 5 years for $600 I said no he the said $500 so thinking I had no other choice I paid that too total so far $1699. So I found the USPTO website and got to talk to some good people there and they told me that I was in 1 class with only a $700 overpayment and that I didn't need a lawyer that I may be asked a few questions another $500 overpayment there and I did find out the company alphatrademarks.con don't have any lawyers. I told Max Wilson that he could be good if he would do right to people and he is good only the wrong way. He could have made a profit and done everyone else good too. PLEASE RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THEM HERE AND GO TO USPTO and make sure you are on their website. gov and they will help you out because they know there are scammers like Max Wilson and company out here Now I find out that Max Wilson has started an Express Abandonment of my trademark application just what kind of man is this, please do you yourself a favor don't do business with him and his company and not go through what I have been Thanks to PayPal I got most of our money back, and they are working on getting the rest back On March 7 and if I should have more problems with Max Wilson I will be going The FBI, I have a link to them it will not let me put on here

Potential Scam Company - beware - This company emailed, called, texted me about a Trade Mark "issue" of great urgency. They had zero evidence from the trademark office, and were angry and ran when asked simple questions. Double check everything they claim with the trade mark office directly.

This company called me and asked me to register my trade mark because other company was trying to take my name etc ALL LIES. Do not trust this company Mr. Max Wilson is who called me and is a CHEATER

Alphatrademarks is a scam. I paid $400 to have my trademarks registered on a global basis. This service has not been delivered.

I quickly found out it was a scam with the bad spoken and written English from the paralegal. The first report sent on the trademark search had weird disclaimers, statements claiming it was an affiliate with the federal government.

I sent this report to USPTO who then confirmed in writing this was a bad actor given the fake USPTO letterhead the company was using. More importantly, the company did not have a US licensing attorney which means it was not permitted to represent others before the USPTO in trademark matters.

Forget about global registration of trademark, the company can't do the US in a legal way. I would suggest to avoid.
