DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMANY!! wouldn't let me post zero stars or i would have.....i bought items from here through Groupon and this company sent wrong items,,, after contacting 10 times will not send refund label for return,, now taking legal route and contacting financial ombudsman.....buy again? not a chance... EVEN THEIR EMAIL ADDRESS IS BOGUS AND WON'T OPEN ON "CONTACT" PAGE.... MICKY MOUSE COMANY OR WORSE

Extremely difficult company to contact by telephone when something goes wrong when you purchase from the internet. Red flag for me.....apply caution.
From my own experience when the item I bought through Amazon Prime never arrived and supposed to be delivered by Evri never arrived I would not buy from them again as a precaution because they use Evri

I got this company wrong they should have a phone no so.people can contact them and they did say my parcey would be delivered at a particular time when it didn't but after all the inconveniance i did get my toilet rolls.and the quantity was fantastic for the price amazing value so where as.they could.do.with improvements they are terrific value and.will.def use them.again

Have ordered from this company but have not received goods and no contact number and website appears to be fictitious

I ordered from this company two phoenix toilet rolls and only one turned up and you cannot call them as it doesn't have a tone and I've asked for a full refund and I don't want to receive and more toilet rolls from this company and I'm not happy at all and when it arrived it was covered in little spiders not happy at all... won't be ordering from this company again..

The rolls have now become half the size of what they used to be for the same price! RIP off

A complete rip off. You think you are getting more paper on the toilet roll, but take a look at the size of the cardboard tube, it's much bigger than other brands so you think you are getting more but actually less. The width of the paper is also smaller than other brands. Will not buy again. Will stick to Cosco Kirkland brand.

Unbelievably poor Customer Service. Have been waiting for a pack of toilet rolls for over three weeks and they just keep lying to me.
Customer Care don't give a damn at all.
My money has been stolen from me as I have nothing to show for it and they don't care.

Dreadful service. 2 ply toilet rolls very thin, have sent numerous emails asking them to cancel subscription but never get a reply. Avoid.

Short delivered, tried contacting them but no one comes back. Wont use them again.

Ordered 3ply toilet rolls. They came wrapped.in 3 ply covers but are 2ply! Tried to email them but not got through. Orderedbfrom Amazon.

I have bought them before and was very happy with them, but this is the first time I bought from this company
They kept me informed throughout
Excellent customer service
They even Obliged my request that I put through to them
Everything was excellent And transaction was easy to do.

Complete scam. Terrible service, items never arrived, they won't refund me for shipping and I doubt the refund for the product will arrive either. Complete scam, don't waste your money.

Never sent order and no reply to any emails sent!

Dreadful company. No customer service and they don’t send your order. Beware

It's been more than 5 days i've placed orders on website. They didn't sent me any tracking info after i placed the order. I've sent them mails but they are not responding me. No response from them. REALLY DISAPPOINTED
