I can't recommended Alta Jets highly enough. From booking to landing at our destination, the entire process was seamless. The planes were spotless and nicely stocked, of course. But the thing that set Alta Jets apart from others is the service. When booking, Nick made things happen quickly. He provided exactly what we wanted, but he went well beyond that and anticipated what else we actually needed, which made for a far better travel experience. One trip in particular was to transport an extremely sick passenger on their way for specialized medical care in a different city. It was time sensitive and stressful. The pilots had obviously been alerted and added personal kindness in excess of their unwavering professionalism. To feel that safe and cared for during such an emotional time was above and beyond. I trust Alta Jets for top travel every time.

Everything was great except the delay on my first flight but they did work hard to accommodate my family and wife for my flight back with a better departure time

Giving this company 5 stars is an epic understatement. The entire process from booking, to boarding, to deplaning is a breeze. I typically work directly with Nick, who meets my every need and works with me to get the set up I need as quickly as possible. Prices are reasonable and worth the coin for the amazing service you receive from start to finish. If you are looking to save yourself the headaches of typical travel, I highly suggest you use this company!

Comfortable flight, attentive staff. 10/10

Every aspect of the charter was exceptional. The booking agent has been attentive to every detail. The pilot was exceptional. Excellent pilot and copilot, both helped with luggage and pets, and both were just good people. Refueled in Panama, and ground support there were wonderful also. A-Plus rating and will definitely be my first choice for charters.

Where do I start? Alta Jets was the best recommendation/referral ever given to me. My family and I have had the privilege of flying Alta Jets a few times and every time the experience gets better and better.
