Would not process refund for good never delivered to customer. Attempted to reach out to them numerous times with no updates or response. Buyer beware, you're just handing your money over to swindlers.

Altered way is a scam company that closes down when there's too many complaints and then reinvents itself as another company later. Now they're selling shoes. They ruined Christmas last year for my child and I wish there was a way to shut down these scummy individuals.

I ordered 2 blankets, & only received 1. They were ordered at the same time, same tracking number..the email I received says both were delivered. I was here when the mail carrier made the delivery. I spoke to USPS, and they said this wasn't an error on their part, & to contact the company. I've sent 2 emails, tagged the company on their Facebook post about my order..nothing. the blanket I'm missing is $85, and I am really upset. I better receive the blanket soon, or I'm going to have to contact my bank because I'm not getting scammed. Of course there's no phone number to call for customer service. This is very disappointing.

Website was easy to use and blanket was exactly as described!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered from a Facebook ad and have learned my lesson. I placed an order on 12/3/22 for a blanket. It took eight days to ship out, but it did arrive in time for Christmas as promised, on 12/13/22. It was much smaller than I realized, which is my fault. I immediately contacted them for a return, which required a “support ticket” be opened, and that I would receive more information later. I then received a notification that my support ticket was closed, so I opened another ticket, and received another notification that it was closed. After a week I sent an email notifying the company that I would be fraud filing a claim with my credit card company if they didn’t respond with return information. Miraculously I received a shipping label that day, and I mailed it back with tracking. Altered Way emailed me on 12/28/22 that they received my return and would “process it” within 5-7 days. After 9 days I sent a follow-up email, and still have not received a response, after 12 days. I’m filing a fraud claim with my credit card company.

Absolutely amazing experience with Altered Way. I ordered five blankets and one custom one with some art my son drew and they all turned out amazing! I go the cheaper material and was shocked how soft and nice they all turned out. Sarah from the customer service team really set my mind at ease, the photo of my sons drawing i had wasnt the best quality and somehow they were able to turn it into a 60 inch blanket and it looks crystal clear! Will definitely be ordering more for my pokemon obsessed nieces and nephews for Christmas. Thank you so much!

The blankets I received are smaller than visual. They were pretty much baby bed blankets. I returned for refund only to receive site credit. Not very happy customer. The blankets did look very nice. Just disappointed in size. The next size up is double than what I paid for smaller blanket. I purchased two. So instead of paying around 60$ to up size I am looking at 120$. Had I known that I probably would not have ordered at all. They really need to advertise that the smallest blanket is crib size. I was told they only offer store credit for the smaller blankets. I guess you only get your money back if your order the bigger sizes. Not very happy.

After receiving a very small blanket 30x40 I was disappointed and left a bad review. Then I ordered the largest one they have with the 20% coupon they sent me. The owner then reached out to return the smaller blanket and change the price of the larger blanket to just the difference!! I told her not to worry about it, I would just gift the smaller one but it was very cool she offered. The quality of these blankets are so nice! The print is sharp and clean!! This is the company to go with for Pokémon blankets for sure!!

Love this blanket! The quality of the image and the feeling of the blanket blew me away. Don't mind the fire type, this blanket doesn't overheat you. It feels just right and picking the big size was a no brainer. I'll be ordering another one soon as my dog is fighting me for this one.

I got my original blanket with a bit of a crooked print and Sarah with customer service sent me a reprint free of charge. Amazing customer service!

The blanket is much smaller then expected very thin. They showed a picture what the blanket.would look like on a bed and it seems much smaller.

I have ordered two blankets both pokemon for my son. He loves them . He has now ordered one as a gift. Package arrived timely. Ordered the biggest size each time. Had no issues with each order

I have to say I had a wonderful experience with this company. I reached out to their online chat person and ended up getting directed to Sarah. I had some questions about the photos of the card I was wanting to use. I worked with Sarah going back and forth a bit, I sent her a few photos of the card I was wanting to have printed on the blanket (mind you they were very VERY small photos) the next day I got an email with a mockup and it was crazy how well it looked blown up. While I understand things can look different on computers vs in real life, I was still a bit skeptical. It took about 4 days for my blanket to arrive and once I opened it I was shocked, not only was the print on the blanket so clear for being a 60x80 inch size, the blanket itself was incredibly soft and comfy. I'm not really sure what other people are talking about saying it is thin with blurry imagery and not well done because that is absolutely not the case with the blanket I received. I've already told all of my friends about this and they will be ordering soon. Top notch customer service, quick delivery and a stellar blanket to boot 1000/10 recommend!

Update: Got an email from the owner, or somebody anyhow. I was assured they were a small business in C.A. etc. before being given a return label for refund. (For the record, these were originally shipped from the east coast.) I sent the items back immediately to said location in C.A. and basically had to get PayPal involved a week after tracking showed they received them because they vanished on me. Who knows what the deal is. The first part of my experience is below.

Extremely overpriced and terrible quality. Currently trying to find a way to send these two blankets back. Image is blurry and the ink is faded in parts, one of them isn't even aligned properly to the blanket. When you purchase one they send you an email requesting you write a review on their website, and so I did, with one-star and photos to show. Surprise, my reviews are not featured on the website. This website boasts itself as a small business just to make a huge profit off of poor effort. It's like I bought something from a random vendor in China.

I was half expecting to receive some bad quality blanket but I’m glad I took the chance and ordered. Customer service went above and beyond, answered my questions very fast and helped me change my order to a different blanket after I had made my purchase. Overall a very pleasant experience and phenomenal product. Will be ordering more in the future.

While soft and visibly stunning on one side, the back is a little lackluster. Suggestion: it could made to look like the back of a Pokémon card. I am not sure what I was expecting, maybe a bit of filling. Even at the discounted rate, it felt a bit pricey for a one layer blanket.

Also, their use of the word "custom" seems a bit strong. To me, "custom" meant uniquely personalized. Example: person's name and/or likeness incorporated into the card as either a Pokémon creature or trainer. However, they do have a wide selection of each Pokémon species they portray.
