Side Effects
I went on this programme with the NHS and continued on the journey by purchasing the pouches direct.
I have had damage to my liver from using this product.
I have tried to contact Altralife by email and phone and never had a reply from them.

Arrived in 2 days
Arrived in 2 days, I bought vanilla and chocolate as no I won’t like the other flavours. I thought 200ml was so little, but the thick and you feel full in about 20mins. I just hope I lose weight, I’m 53 in menopause and getting larger on each breath!! Cross everything for me

Impressive for diet replacements
Really impressed with Altralife’s shakes and soups. The shakes taste way better than I expected and actually keep me full, and the soups are a nice change when you want something warm.
Super easy to stick to as well—takes all the hassle out of dieting. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for something simple and effective 👍

Life Changing 12 weeks!
I followed the total diet replacement plan and lost 13kg in 12 weeks, dropping 2 dress sizes and bringing my blodd glucose levels under control. Easy to follow as you have no meal planning to do apart from deciding the flavour you want to eat, You can adapt the flavours by adding flavourings such as dried herbs to the soups or mint flavoured water to make the chocolate shake, Products were easy to order and arrived quickly

Massive price increase
I used altralife for my 12 week NHS programme and it was really good, I lost 4 and a half stone and have since used it a few times to keep up with my weight loss. Now the issue I feel I must raise. I brought 4 x 1 week pouches in November 2025 cost £140, I went to buy some more today 09/03/2026 and the same 4 pouches are now £234 why such a massive price increase in 3 months? Certainly will not be buying their products again as I refuse to be ripped off, very disappointed.

Attractive life,does what it claims.
Attractive life is great,re ieved this thru my GP..luckily had samples to try before ordering.the soups were dreadful and definitely need improving but the milk based shakes were good and could mix combinations too.
