I ordered a dragon lounge chair for my daughter and it never arrived! After fighting with the “company” for over a month I finally said I was going to my bank, and they said they’d offer me a 10% discount. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Ordered 6 dresses on June 6th with priority rush shipping for an event on June 28th. I sent SEVERAL emails to the company asking for a tracking number and was left with a bogus link that said my items were sitting in China from June 16th and hadn’t moved. As of July 2nd the items were still not delivered and after several communications with the vendor requesting a refund I was told that they had “been delivered. If you have not received the package, I suggest you check your neighborhood or post office or go to the post office to issue a lost certificate. After providing it to us, we will verify it for you and apply for a replacement or refund.” That was a flat out lie. The tracking still showed it was being held at the same location in China since the 16th of June. This company poses under several names including Avanilla, Linicock, Vicvotte. Just to name a few. They advertise on Pinterest with exceptionally low cost “handmade” dresses but all they do is collect money for item they never supply and then fight you on getting a refund. Total SCAM. I’ve reported them on Pinterest and also filed fraud on my bank account to get my money back. Do not trust them. They’re a Chinese company taking advantage of American buyers.
