Simple the worse Customer Service in the world, and the company doesn't support the refunds on the products. I bought an original cover for my iphone from Apple got destroyed within a month and after 2 weeks of review they said they have 30 day to review! They are so funny because the guy had the product in front of him and he basically neglected to do something that can be done within 5 mins...and the company leaves you without a cover for your iphone!!
I have ordered Bang and Olsen edge…
I have ordered Bang and Olsen edge speaker 1499eur. I have paid next day I received notification they will return me 36 eur for textile cover because has been damaged! Actually cover from bang and Olsen cost 200 eur (very tricky). Anyway I have paid then they trying to send me speaker without textile cover. Could you imagine!!
Same think like you have ordered new car but will come without wheels:-)

Be careful what you ordering. If you do don’t pay up front. With this company will be better on collection when you actually see staff

Drucker und Kopierpapier bestellt. Günstigster Preis auf dem Markt für Original HP Drucker. Versprochen wurde die Lieferung innerhalb von zwei Tagen . das Paket kam einen Tag später, was im Moment wohl auch an DHL liegt. Daraufhin habe ich die Versandkosten erstattet bekommen. Alles perfekt gelaufen. Gerne wieder.
Meine erste Bestellung hatte ich direkt storniert, da ich mir mit der Drucker doch nicht sicher war. Dies ging bequem über einen Button im Bestellvorgang. Das bereits über Kreditkarte abgebuchte Geld wurde mir zwei Tage später zurücküberwiesen. Ich bin äußerst zufrieden und werde wieder bestellen, wenn ich Bedarf habe.

Perfect service
I'm always trying to buy electronics and other stuff from Alza even if it's little more expensive sometimes. Two times I got warranty case with 2 cellphones, in both cases the solutions was absolutely satisficing for me. Customer service is really nice, no any problems with refund or replacing items.
They refuse to acknowledge my item is faulty
Issues with a Fitbit does not get fixed and they tell me there is nothing wrong with my device. I have sent in my Fitbit twice to have maintenance and they keep rejecting. I have extended warranty on the item and they refuse to acknowledge that my item is not working properly. Never buying again!
Change in product availability
On 11/10/2023 (at 9 am) I ordered a charger for a Lenovo laptop out of necessity (the USB-C connector on the original charger broke). They advertised on the app that they would deliver it to me that day. However, the email stated that it would be delivered the day after that. At 7 in the morning on October 12, 2023, I received an email saying that my order is expected to be delivered on October 13, 2023. Today (13/10/2023) at 7 in the morning I received another email that my order is in the status of "providing" and at 1 in the afternoon another email came with the clarification "Ordered from the supplier (we expect 3 November)".
When I called the nonstop line to see if they could give me a closer date, they said they "don't know".
But they knew it would be "next day" from the time I ordered. A huge disappointment for me.
Just avoid ...
They try hard to be like amazon but that will never happen due to their poor customer service and attitude. We have ordered a package into one of their lockers in Prague 6. Which didn't arrive on time (happened twice already). Plus their new broken locker failed to open. They didn't really care much about the issue. They just said they will investigate and let us know later (like if we stole it or something). Nothing about them arranging redelivery to other box or having someone to call us. Basically zero service. We called their operator and she was very rude, besides interrupting us all the time, she told us that refunding the shipping fee (which is often free with amazon, for instance) might not be possible (even though the item is still stuck in the broken locker). I told them that's against consumer rights and that we won't use their services again and she told me that that's my choice. I asked to speak to her manager and she rejected that option. Literally that company is trash that charges for deliveries they fail to meet. Also selling mediocre products made for eastern European market that are frequently overpriced.

I swear this company Alza are so incompetent, I ordered something from them and they sent me a message that my package was at Alza box and when I went to the Alza box there was no package and then they proceed to tell me the package is with a different delivery company and at this time I had enough because this is not the 1st time this situation happened. I then called them to cancel my order and advised them to send me the refund back to my credit card which they said they would do and it has been 2 weeks since and when I called them they telling me that they are waiting for a partner to refund the money. Did I buy the products from their partner no I ordered on their website. It just seems like they just don’t give a damn and just treat customer the way they want to. Customer service is terrible. Just send me my refund and stop being a terrible company as you should value your customers as they are the ones that make you. No customers no profits .

I had my first warranty experience with CZ on a scorpion Evo 3s1, I am not a tax person or an email person. I am more of a person a person type guy who likes to talk to people, unfortunately, CZ will only contact you through email but, I want to tell everyone that CZ did an amazing job on the warranty issue. I had with my Scorpion, they went way beyond what I expected them to and I got the gun back very quickly, around three weeks. So five stars for the guys at CZ .

Happened to me 2 times already and it is a shame that czech anti-monopol partie is not investigating them. They will advertise that product is available and will be delivered to you in 2 days and other sites are claiming 5 days. You will buy it with alza and then 2 days later you are informed that delivery date is NOT going to be met. You are screwed with no product/no money for 3 days until they will refund you back. It happen with bedframe and also dishwasher. Yes you will be refunded etc but they are always giving wrong time estimates so if you need something urgently DO NOT USE THEM.

Samozrejme ked zrusite objednavku atd je vsetko ok ale uz sa mi to stalo s postelou a umyvackou hoci tie iste produkty su inde mozno aj lacnejsie ale to ze oni to az o 5dni dorucia a alza za 2 tak ich casto zvolite. Tu musi fungovat nejaka ochrana zakaznika lebo ak si nabuduce kupim brusku ktora ma dojst o 2 dni a pracu zacinam na 4ty den a pak mi napisu ze to dojde o 6dni tak vsetko pokazila alza....

Computer configurator - SCAM!!!!!!!!
Ordered computer using site configurator. Item proposed in configurator and not available, alternative proposed (cheaper) increase preparation duration and not any commercial proposals for cover the gap.
Then is item selected who have default, and one more time, they proposal alternative solution (cheaper) without proposals for cover the gap.
During call, when this point is raise, still nothing.
Finally i canceled order.
I don't know if it's site or just my experience, looks like good approved scam process!
On top, so call 24/24 support doesn't answer after 20:00!
Let's see when I will have my money back...

Worst possible company to buy something…
Worst possible company to buy something from. I purchase for my daughter a small scooter and they had to deliver it in their own boxes but in the end, they delivered via a 3rd party to some store where the guy told to my wife to leave the country when she did not understand what code he needs. I purchased this item over 9 days ago and I still don't have it and was supposed to be next day delivery.

The best shop in the Czech Republic. I really like Alza. It's a great e-shop with the best customer support. I often order a lot of things and use alza+ with free delivery to every alzabox. Most of the time everything goes smoothly, but if you have a problem they help you 24/7 on the phone. You can also chat with them via messenger - their response is always quick and they always help you! I ordered one item and the next day there was a sale on that product and they gave me a coupon equal to that discount for my next purchase! It's a really great shop. I recommend it to everyone!

I originally wrote a one star review because Alza took so long to resolve my complaint. To their credit, they then mobilised and solved it in 24 hours so credit should be given where it’s due.

Absolutely appalling service and…
Absolutely appalling service and customer support. First order we made was never delivered. Second one, which we had to pay for before receiving refund for the first order, came incomplete. Still have not received any refund for either order after two months. Customer service rude and claiming sent us forms to fill in which they never have. Will never use Alza again, no chance of ever resolving issues with them.

Missing Printer. No communication. Took a week and multiple calls to resolve.
I ordered an Epson printer and on the day of pick up, in the box was a Lenovo Chromebook. I called the customer service number and they told me to return the computer to the box and they would resolve it the following day.
2 days later there was no email, no call and the order shows up as 'complete' on my account. It's now been over a week, and still no information from their side.
They have my money, I have no printer and I have called their 225 340 111 number on multiple times only to be told that they are 'trying to work out the problem and how to solve it.' All I want is for them to send me the printer and I really don't care how they internally messed up but I'm still not getting it.
I really should've gone with Mall.cz or CZC.cz where I've never had this kind of problem before.
Update: It seems the best way to get a result is to write a complaint to the complaints division on the website. After writing this review and writing to the complaints department at Alza.cz I got a reply within 2 hours, a phone call the same day and the order was shipped the following day. One plus: they work well in English, which was a relief.

Bad delivery service!
We ordered a washing machine (order 471 806 491)because it just broke-down a few days before our holiday. Delivery confirmed on Wednesday. I reschedule my meeting to Thursday. The delivery got moved to Thursday because of the weather conditions that i totally understand. I called support, please come after 18:00 because no one will be home. They called around 11:00 we will be there in 5 min. “No you can't, please come tonight or Friday MORNING because of our holiday”. Guess what, they will come between 18:30 and 20:30. I called at least 4 times with support (who where very friendly and spoke good English) try to do my best to work something out with the delivery. Flexibility has to come from both sides.
