False advertising. The clothes looked completely different upon arrival and their refund policy doesn’t return all your money back . They keep 40% of it to cover shipping fees. It’s a scam .

My package never came it hasn’t even said if it’s been shipped.

AMAIO is a nothing but a HUGE TRICK! Don’t place any order from this company! I returned my first order due to misleading clothes sizing- NO 24/7 customer service; email is faulty & will reject your mails! I contacted them numerous times for return labels or QR codes - NO response! I shipped back certified with tracking number & have receipt of delivery- NO response! The return location is in City of Commerce CA- I purchased my item & even gave a tip for the staff based on their website - I supported them! Bogus cold company! The store is not in America! The web indicated quick delivery- my order was before Christmas- arrived more than a month! Why ? It’s in China & was very disappointing! Very poor quality! I’m still waiting on anyone from this store to get to me regarding my return &
reimbursement- NOTHING! Everything about this store is WRONG!
Better right their wrong by giving back customer’s money! Do not be tricked fellow customers!

The return policy cost me 70.00 in postal with tracking. Then a 30.00 re stocking fee. They falsely advertised a sweater being real wool. It wasn't. Big rip off company.

Do NOT do business with this crooked company. I bought an item and what was sent was SIMILAR to that item but lacking sleeves. When I tried to return, they gave me the run around like crazy. They wanted photos of the item they sent, then they want me to send it back to CHINA, at my expense, $30.80, although on the site they say it’s being shipped from US. I asked if I could send to their US address, but they would not allow. They are trying to make it as hard as possible to return an item that they misrepresented, a bait and switch. Also, had I viewed this item in a store, I wouldn’t have paid even $5.00 for it. It was the cheapest, most awful garment ever. It was $37.99, on sale. Save yourself from a bad experience, AMAIO is not trustworthy.
