Lack of Transparency & Poor Trading Experience

I had a disappointing experience with the Amana Capital app, particularly regarding transparency and trade liquidations. The terms and conditions were inaccessible, making it difficult to fully understand my rights as a user.

Additionally, my position was liquidated despite having sufficient funds, and I was unable to find a justified reason for this action. When I contacted support, they acknowledged my concerns and assured me that the matter would be escalated, but I have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution.

Based on my experience, I believe the platform needs greater transparency and clearer communication regarding trade liquidations. I encourage potential users to carefully review the platform’s policies and other traders’ experiences before using this app.

Theyr not upfront with you they wait for you to deposit then make up new rules and regulations

there is never a live support agent , their promotions are lies it said start trading and receive 100 $ when ever i press it it always takes me to a login page i login then press the promo then again a login page for ever , and there is no withdraw option to where i want my money to be received and there is no withdraw cancelation and i still did not receive my money i feel this app is a scam

Transferred money from my local bank account, almost one week but not seen in my Amana account
They claim 24 hrs help but don’t believe see the attached screenshot , trying since yesterday to get answer/ help but nothing .
Don’t bother about clients time / stress

I haven't encountered any problem with Amana. The app is easy to use, the support is always available and i have received my withdrawals on time. Will continue using the App.

Avoid transferring funds through credit card in UAE, as such transactions are treated as credit card cash advance and there are very high charges levied by the bank.

I applied for a withdrawal request from 2 weeks and it’s still pending for approval even tho they are saying it take a maximum of 7 working days. I also tried to contact them in the support chat cuz that’s the only way and an AI started asking me questions and when I asked for a customer service representative It said I should wait in the chat I waited for about 2 hours and got no reply no one answered and not even an email to follow up my issue even tho I did write my issue in the chat, I think I’m going to have to just report them to the DFSA.

Your money is not kept within the company accounts and they are closing their affiliate in Lebanon and wants to give back you money but you can't withdraw your account from the Bank. So be very cautious.

I strongly advise to not use this broker.
High commissions even on small amounts invested.
Small number of instruments to trade.

amana capital .. has decided to deliberately withhold gifted songbird tokens that are being distributed only because I chose to store my amana capital there costing my original purchase as well as selling costs, now they are keeping my inheritance because why?? Didn't have a good experience with them, had to reach out for assistance before I could get my money out. It was professionals at the company Thesaruwealthrecovery.com , that helped me get out all my money

Scam broker which breach his own execution policy rules and execute limit orders with negative Slippage. Support staff which are underqualificated to understand how execution of limit orders should work. Will report them to FCA!

Guys be aware that amana capital is a market maker. They trade against you, plus the slippage is unbelievable. The chart is different if you compare it with other decent brokers... i was lucky i got the chance to get some of my money back after i reported to swiftrecoveryus, they have had many successful cases resolved against amana capital.

Stay away of them ,if you approached them they will get all your money in any case , from fake orders submitted till disconnecting customers from their trading servers , I don't know how regularities are leaving them operating
