What is actually going on with prime delivers you don't seem to be able to get next day delivery anymore so I don't actually know what my prime subscription is paying for

If I could give you negative stars I would. I am a Prime member, and you have no problem charging me every single month for this "benefit" however when you OVERPROMISE and UNDER DELIVER all you can come back with is "we apologise for the frustration". Big company bully their consumers, forgetting you only got so big because of these consumers you bully.

After many years with Amazon prime mainly for the next day delivery I have now cancelled my subscription, the delivery service has gone down hill and now I'm lucky to get the packets within 2 days so have gone back to eBay and other online shops, great idea put subscription costs up and quality of service down 🤷🏻‍♂️

Amazon are not fulfilling their promise to Prime customers with next day delivery. Also the lack of correct tracking information is appalling, we are told a package is arriving tomorrow and then it turns up tonight after we have locked up the the evening and are trying to settle down. We seem to spend more time watching our front garden security camera through Alexa than doing anything else, it simply isn't good enough.!!!

These adverts while watching programs are so funny say ur watching a program and an advert comes up for say toilet roll they dont advertise the cheapest opinion no they find the most expensive toilet rolls they have for sale and they say want 2 ad 2 basket it's just came up with andrex toilet rolls 4 pack at £7.50 my shop at end of the road does them more then half the price that amazon is changing also they said they will have 2 do adverts because there losing money yet 99% of the advert are for amazon products it's a joke

If I could give 0 I would. Pay for a streaming service and have loads of adverts even when you pay. Netflix is so much better. Even with a BBC TV license at least there aren't adds.

I have had prime for many years now. However almost every movie now has adverts and alot of them. I pay for a streaming service not and advert service.
And the whole next day delivery scam. It is very very rare nowadays that anything ever comes next day. What I agreed to pay for isn't being fulfilled

Nearly all my recent Amazon prime deliveries that promise next day delivery… are late! What’s the point in paying for it I wonder. Most recent order that promised next day was two days later although the tracking kept saying “being delivered today” Rubbish service and only getting worse!!

Don't choose Prime on Amazon, you will be automatically enrolled in a hidden monthly without your consent (hidden/small T&Cs) and the only way to stop that is by contacting your bank.

Place order with free delivery on Amazon. without asking they kindly, it appears give me an unrequested 1 month free prime deliveries. I later notice without my approval they intend to charge me after the 1 month free period gbp8.99 a month. I do not live in UK for most of year and rarely us Amazon. This deception is not acceptable and should be legally prohibited but will not happen given the poor UK regulatory systems. I di manage to cancel my unrequested subscription but they do not make the process easy. I suppose to ensure many get caught out to their financial benefit. Sort of norm behavior nowadays for large corporates in their hunger to dream up dodgy income streams which is why I live overseas most of time and fight back against all bad agents

Just signed up to amazon prime and it wont let me shop without giving my data to another company!? And yet they took payment and then cancelled my order.
Wont bother ordering anything else and will continue to shop local instead. Basically selling your details on. Dodgy as hell.

Fed up being ripped off. You pay to get items delivered for free and yet they charge you more than the main suppliers so you’re paying delivery charges twice.

Got Amazon prime for quite long time but since company get very greedy and want me watch adverts through a movie 🍿 I'm going too cancel them. I don't wanna pay for adverts that's a whole point no adverts. Why you don't change that so stupid and very low

They are scammers. We are constantly told by Alexa we don't have Amazon prime music and invited to upgrade. £8.99 going out of various accounts (they pick up credit and debit cards from online orders and charge these without authorisation) several times monthly. When I rang she said we had 3 accounts but she can't refund because we have used them all - as if, with just 2 of us in the house. Despite saying she had cancelled all 3, when i try and create a new account it recognises our email addresses and phone numbers and wants us to sign in, so she clearly hasn't cancelled them and we are still going to get charged. FRAUD

Appalling, pay for Prime and still get non stop ads.

Amazon Prime was good before they introduce adverts. Now you have to pay to watch Amazon Prime free of adverts. They bombard you every ten minutes with adverts when watching a movie or anything else. Better to watch Netflix; less adverts. I canceled already my Amazon Prime subscription due this adverts issue.

I pay for prime to get next day delivery, twice in the last week alone I’ve had parcels “delayed” and had to wait an extra day.
Now the parcel I should have received today on Monday 12th October that I ordered on Saturday! (Funny next day delivery isn’t it) now says, at 10 o’clock at night after waiting all day that it is “EXPECTED” by the 15th!! It’s a joke. I think I may find another platform to buy from

Way, way too many ads. It's spoiling films completely - particularly when the add break is over 3 minutes long each time. I pay yearly for Amazon, and I am not willing to pay an extra 36 quid a year to be clear of these imposing ads.
