From the onset of my book publishing project. Mr. Walters was efficient, professional, and absolutely effective in coordinating the entire process within a relatively short period of time. He was always available and also reached out frequently to check in to see if I needed anything else. This kind of Service and caring about the customer is quite rare these days. He also gave me lots of good advice on options for my book in terms of promoting and publishing. I am very pleased with the end results. He kept me informed about the progress two or three times a week. I would never hesitate to recommend Mr. Walters for any persons that I know that want to do some self publishing and also know I have a very reputable and competent individual with whom I can rely upon for any of my future needs.
