They are very professional...if not a bit expensive, They do get the job done and done fast.

I had sent my passport and visa application for a Croatia visa. Followed all instructions on their website accurately. After 3 weeks they said that the embassy wont issue a visa without an interview. I lost precious time and had to rush to DC to get my visa before my travel. Basically info on their website is inaccurate and unrelaible

Precise honest re time frame and made it extraordinary easy to renew. They will even take your picture if you don’t provide one. Well worth the cost. I’d recommend Ambassador to anyone

Thanks for the Visa. But considering I only had layovers in Shanghai and Beijing, this company should have informed me that I do NOT need a whole 10-year visa for China. Because these cities do not require it for layover, or even a few days. So no thanks. You should not have been charging me $360 that I didn’t need to spend. You should have informed me of my options

This place does not make it clear. They charge you an arm and a leg and send you to the post office to do the work. Not worth it. I got the prompt to write a review 1 year after using their services...:

They told me I needed a new Chinese Visa because the Chinese government did not accept a valid visa in an expired passport - Wrong! When I arrived in Guangzhou they immigration told me they do accept - meanwhile I had to pay for a visa I did not need.

This horrible company directly cuased my family of 5 including 3 kids to be stuck in Indonesia with incorrect visa issued from this agency. The total cost to pay fines, extended lodging,and rebooking of airline tickets for 5 people cost us over $25,000.00 usd to get back home to the USA. We are in the middle of filing a small claims law suite against this horrible company. I STRONGLY recommend avoiding this company at all costs!
