I don't know what I was expecting, but this product has not met my expectations. I am suffering terrible hot flashes all day and sleepless nights from the night sweats. I did run out of the product, and went for a week without and before refills arrived. I did notice improvement once I started product again, but it certainly has not provided the desired relief I was hoping for.

Took Amberen for a break from hot flashes and night sweats. Reduced them amazingly! Have recommended this product to many people. It works!

There is no need to suffer from hot flashes with a product like Amberen. It makes a huge differnce and is easy to take. It is a little pricey but watch for promos which help a lot.

I was miserable before Amberen and with out Insurance could not get the prescriptions I needed. I started Amberen and it changed everything. I still can not lose weight but my other symptoms are reduced.

I've been taking it for two months, at first it seemed to make my hot flashes and night sweats worse but now they have gotten better, I'm going to take it for one more month. I think it works it just takes time . I did loose a few pounds not sure if it was from taking this or just being more active.

I was introduced to your product by my sister and have been using it for at least a year now. I did run out for a brief period and experienced some of the symptoms I had before taking the product so I know it works! I have never had any issues getting the product in a timely manner and I would also recommend this product to a friend.

I had serious hot flash symptoms before taking Amberen. In 2 weeks of taking Amberen, the symptoms have been well controlled and gradually reduced to a comfortable level.

I was miserable with almost 10 hot flashes an hour and did not want to take HR Therapy, I bought the usual vitamin products, the latest thing and none of them worked. A friend recommend this, and while it did not work for her, I was miserable enough to try it. It took about 3 weeks, and I could actually see that as each day passed the hot flashes were reduced to 7, then 5 then none. Now I get maybe one a week. I actually did use the HR for a short period of time after a regular check up to see if it did the same, and while it stopped the hot flashes, it created other issues, such as extreme dryness. So I went back to Amberen, rebalanced my body, and while I find I cannot take a break as recommended, I have no issues in taking it daily. If you were as bad as I was, it is worth a try, there is no sense in being that miserable. It is a small investment, and I am glad that I did.

I can't say this takes all hot flashes away completely but it sure takes a lot of edges off in the mid summer heat making hot sun bearable.
My memory and focus is clearer too.
Combining Amberen with my natural progesterone cream, my hair has stopped falling out and is now growing back nicely.
As for weight loss, well let's just say, common sense and discipline are key. Healthy eating habits and daily exercise, even if it's just walking. Amberen helps to boost those routines for weight loss.
