When I was ordering the flowers I had a very smooth experience, fast and efficient. It arrived just on time with in the most warmest way I am 100% satisfied as a customer and would definitely be purchasing again. Thank you once again for this incredible experience.

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I ordered the £150 bouquet, which was meant to be one size larger than the arrangement shown online, but what arrived looked very similar in size and did not reflect the price paid.

Their WhatsApp customer service was unresponsive, and the reply I received by email was not helpful. Rather than offering a solution or alternative, the response mainly justified the product. Overall, I was disappointed with both the bouquet and the customer service. I do not recommend getting your flowers from here.

I’m an avid purchaser of flowers weekly - and love to try new places. These were average, very over priced (£70 for a relatively small bouquet and delivery) - the roses were not peel back large headed roses as pictured, more like what I’d expect from a premium supermarket range. The hydrangeas were a beautiful colour, however weren’t available the day I purchased so my delivery was pushed back a day which I was advised of in fairness.
I’ve had them a week today and they unfortunately haven’t lasted - appreciate its warm weather but I’ve been trimming the stems and replacing the water regularly.
These box and presentation were lovely, just the actual flowers didn’t live up to my expectations of what I’d seen on social media and the website.

I ordered flowers for my daughter to celebrate the birth of her baby girl. They are absolutely beautiful, presentation was perfect and communication was excellent my daughter was absolutely delighted.
