I met Ryan through Bark and found him to be very good. We needed to develop a platform for an extension of a business.

Ryan’s a nice guy, professional, knows his stuff, and very easy to talk with.

Ryan immediately understood our situation and devised a thoughtful plan to make it happen. While on that first call, he sent me a text with a link showing me what it would look like and how it would feel navigating through it. Great work!

Those people are the best, I was searching for a good company to handle my website design, at the same time should be affordable and patient enough to adjust every detail the way I want.
They really met all my expectations and more!

No stars would be the accurate rating for this company. I am a small business owner, and I have a small budget. The company agreed to work with a small monthly budget and make minor improvements on the site until everything was working to perfection.

The main goal was to fix a few errors in Google Merchant, and maintain the web page. I have a low-maintenance page; press a button and do the plugin updates, that is all. For Google Merchant, I needed to fix the category for the product, which I only sell one product, and the shipping information.

We discussed their bad reviews during the interview before hiring them, but I trusted them because at least they had reviews and were based in the US. After making the first payment, I got a call and had to have a 45-minute discussion because they insisted on building a new web page, and I emphasized fixing the Google Merchant errors. This was ridiculous; it was like dealing with a stubborn salesperson. Since I did not agree to have a new site, they went silent, and I had to call them to follow up.

They agreed to work on Google Merchant, and I went from having three errors to having the entire inventory flagged. In addition, they never access the web page to update the plugins. I realized they did not have the expertise to manage a web page or Google Merchant, and their intent was only to build a new web page and charge me for it.

The company took my money and left me in worse shape. This was a monthly agreement, and I terminated it. I would have let them build anything and charge anything if they did what I wanted first to show I could trust them. The terrible reviews about this company are genuine, and you cannot trust this company. I gave them a chance after reading the reviews; you should not.

American Brand Designer did a great job on my website. I came to them after I had been ripped off by a contractor on Fiverr. They were comforting and understanding. They got my website back and made it look great. They even made me a couple commercials. I would definitely recommend it!

I recently used American Brand Designer for my website's design and development. The team was responsive and understood my vision well. The final design was nearly what I dreamed of, though the colors were slightly off. Overall a great experience.

I had a project that I needed completed within the week for a major nonprofit. I took to Facebook and was reached out to by ABD. This was my first experience with this company. Not only were they timely, but incredibly professional, kind, and understanding. I requested edits to be made and they were done within 24 hours, oftentimes even same-day, no questions asked and did not make me feel like I was being annoying. Very patient with me, even over the minor aesthetic things I’m so picky to point out. I had high expectations and they were most definitely surpassed. This is my update on this company! They created my website in May of 2023! It was great at the beginning and now VERY disappointing! To insert and update pictures on my site is now becoming difficult and to communicate with the one who created my website Jason Roy! When you ask for invoices of what you paid they only send you a half of your statements! I emailed him today and email doesn't exist! This is frustrating cause now I have to find another company to redo my whole website and $850 down the drain!

The only reason you are replying cause I have left a review cause if I never would've put a review Jason would've never emailed me and I saw the call and no voice-mail left! So please do not pretend that you care when you don't and yes, I will leaving a message on BB!

I wanted to do a video review with 5 star review, but if you guessed early about how long I said I worked on my own website unsuccessfully; then you're right I'm not tech proficient.
