Bought a Ping sensorwarm 1/4 zip sweater earlier this year. Worn once and front abrasion marks appeared. Took back to AG but they said couldn't return it because I bought it over 5 months ago.

Shocking
Shocking, bought a £900 motor caddy m7 that turned up obviously pre used, had scuff marks all over it and not packaged properly, was told i would have to take photos, re send and wait a approx a week before they could send a new one or refund the money, will not be using again.

We couldn't have asked for a better…
We couldn't have asked for a better shopping experience. Our sales assistant, Chris Duck, was extremely helpful and patient as we had no knowledge of golf equipment and were buying a Christmas present for our son. Our only concern is that it's just 14 days from date of purchase to exchange if he doesn't like it which is rather short considering we purchased it on 14th Dec. Hence only 4 stars until the gift is received. Hopefully he will like it and we won't need to return. Very impressed,

Visited the store in Gateshead recently…
Visited the store in Gateshead recently and was able to get advice on what would best suit me with a new set of clubs. The store assistant was Daniel Young and he was spot on with his advice. I wouldn’t hesitate to return there, great advice and knowledge of all the gear on sale. I’m really enjoying my game once again.

My son was buying a new set of golf clubs from the Braintree branch and served by Andy Wass. Given excellent advice. Very knowledgeable. Great equipment for the custom fitting. Was also given some very useful tips. Excellent service.
