Well I am going through what these people are going through. They are liars and manipulators. Ok play the game don't let the game play you.

They are MANIPULATORS

They have been taking $247.00 a month from us and now we can't even can't some on their phone line. The number we called is not for them. STAY CLEAR

People whatever you do do not believe in these people they tell nothing but lies just to steal your money when you can negotiate with IRS yourself about a payment plan why pay them to do that when paying them you could be paying IRS doesn't make sense that Robbin folks

IF I CAN GIVE ZERO STAR! TO THIS CROOKS!! That's where i will be starting. This people are crooks! a representative by the name of SAM did my intake and he is the worst liar. I gave them all my information and was promised to be in an uncollectible! Do not fall for there lies from the intake representative to the managers, All of them will lie to you just to get you in to sign contract with them. The worst case! even when they know there is no way they can help with your case. Please if you are considering them to help you with your IRS case, try talk to IRS your self and make your own arrangements. I paid them over $4000 and should have use that money to help my case. The requested documents which was turned over to them promtly at all times. They requested for Financial documents and bank statements, I even disclose monies in other places that i was told should not be of concerns. and would not be considered in my settlements. They are very deceptive crooks. one of the manager who quite or fired is not happy about the way the organization is doing business , Taking advantages and lies they are telling to Lure and misleading customers. I was switch around to different case manager's like foot ball. Theychange worker's like socks. Please take your business some place elsewhere to some serious people. JOSELINE, SAM AND ALL THE MANAGERS ARE LIAR"S AND CROOK'S Don't fall for the Lies 🤥

STEER CLEAR.

Their sales person (about 4 years ago) blatantly lied to me about their refund policy, to make the sale, and they apparently do not record phone calls. Sales person had told me, explicitly, "if at any point during the process you are unhappy with the result, we have a 100% money back guarantee." I am 100% sure that is exactly what she said, because I made her say it three times to make sure I was hearing it right, and made sure to ask when it expired (to which she told me there was none, because their goal was to get us in a better position than when we came in so why should we have to pay if they don't. That is exactly how she put it.)

Then for 3 years, I followed what they told me to do, AND even made sure to run financial moves by them first.

Multiple times throughout the process, I was told by staff the following:

1) Don't make quarterly payments, because then they can just bundle them into a new agreement while the process moves forward.

2) Max out the allowances for the best chances of an OIC being accepted.

3) If there was any overages on allowances, they "knew how to finesse it."

They told me in the beginning to get a better car, get a better apartment, and actually "live the life that the laws are there to protect me for" (the reason the IRS has "allowances" in the first place.). So when they went for the OIC, it'd "look more favorable" that I had all these allowable expenses filled, and they could use it as leverage for a lower OIC settlement.

Then 2024 came, and I called them out on the stalling, because I started with them in 2021...3 years...and all I'd gotten repeatedly was "moving through the queue."

They suddenly went "Oh you wanted to do an Offer in Compromise?"

I sat there completely flabbergasted. They were supposed to be doing that the entire time, and had done absolutely nothing on it. And then suddenly a supervisor got on the phone and tried to be like "she wasn't supposed to say that. idk why she said that." (She told me the truth is what happened. A faux pas of my account not even having the OIC logged on it, even though I'd already paid over $7500 by that point.....For an OIC)

And then come to find they hadn't done ANYTHING

IN 3 YEARS.

They then rushed me through the Offer in Compromise process, and had it filed within 2-3 weeks. I had to come up with the $500 filing fee beforehand.

Only one problem. They had been actively (verbally) telling me not to make quarterly payments: Quarterly payments are apparently required for an OIC before the IRS will even look at a case.

the IRS was expecting me to either drop $11,000 to them to catch the year up, within 2 weeks, or they would automatically close the case.

Not only was I not warned about that, BEFORE I forked over my literal last $500, but as I said before, they're the one that put me there in the first place with their negligent advice. I trusted their advice, and just thought it was just part of the process.

All that did was rack my tax debt up higher, while they apparently did absolutely nothing but routinely rebundle my installment plan.

FOR THREE YEARS.

And then when I finally called them out on it, I was told that I was wrong, I was told I was mistaken, I was told I "couldn't possibly have been told that because it makes no sense how that would work" , (I was also told by the same person in the same call, that during 2023-2024 they had gone through a major restructure...so they'd obviously been instructed to deflect any incompetence left over from the previous team(s))

I told them to go listen to the recordings...that's when I learned that they don't /didn't record any of their calls. And it kinda clicked they do that on purpose.

I spent $10,000 with them over the course of those few years. Not only was that COMPLETELY wasted, but I now owe the IRS about 4x as much as I started with, because of America's Choice Tax and their negligence.

And then when confronted, the managers and even the owner will try to reference the terms and conditions and this that and the other thing.

You're not listening...Your staff...your employees. They are incompetent, and you are responsible for them.

You cannot have people making empty promises, and giving bad direction/instructions, and then just be like "Yeah. they might have told you that...we don't know...we don't record anything...BUT was what they told you in the terms?"

You cannot have your people sounding like they are speaking/promising from those same terms...and then be like "your fault for not memorizing them." WHEN YOUR OWN PEOPLE DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT'S IN THEM, NOR DO THEY CARE TO REPRESENT THOSE TERMS ACCURATELY.

If your people are lying, that is your fault.

STAY.
AWAY.
And do not believe their false friendliness.

This place. I was scammed into signing up. Then they won’t do anything. They have stopped taking my calls. I spoke to the OWNER NICK who stands by that they did the work and can show it but wont. I called the irs they had no clue as to what program I was supposed to be in but demanded the money. Alexis communicated with me great in the beginning and said they would cancel the service. They had me to sign a contract with a company called Monterey Financial.

The representatives has always given me the support I needed. They are helpful and very knowledgeable in their response to my questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has tax issues. Thanks

Folks that never Happened.
I decided to Hire another outside Tax company to Prepare them and all I owed was $1,500.00 Do the Math ?

Like a Micheal Jackson said their out to get you ( Just Best It) They Advised me to not Contact The IRS while Ripping me off . and to pay attention to any Mail From the IRS the Final Straw was when I received a letter From the IRS Telling me that my Payment Agreement was to be terminated and it would affect my Business/Account.
When The IRS agent spoke with me They Said it was I Quote Disturbing and Crooked . They Asked me for the Company's Name and Contact Information. When I pressed this Outfit Ms Neaomy Cullors/ Americas Tax Choice She was Stuck like a Stopped up Outhouse and it smelled of Deceit.
This Lady Had the Audacity to tell me that they now needed a Power of Attorney For my Business and Told me I did not know what Power of Attorney is

Ryan and Neaomy from America Choice Tax are misleading and didn't do nothing towards IRS bill, Non Collection statue, they took all my money in 1 wop ( 3 year contract ), sent a invoice 2 months later stating that the IRS will be intercepting your refund, ACT sole purpose for me was Eliminating my bill and they Didn't. Conclusion, I got robbed for $5500 had because they lied, FALSE ADVERTISEMENT
