I ordered two dresses described as “light and airy “. They are made from some sort of polyester which not only looks cheap , but would be very uncomfortable to wear in warm weather. Nothing like the advertised product. Returns have to be made to China, at what cost ?
I was offered an opportunity to choose another Amora product in lieu of a refund for which I’d only have to pay P&P from China, which I declined.
I will donate them to a Charity shop which I hope will raise a little money. Lesson learnt, I will never buy from Amora again.

Unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews about this company 😭. The dress arrived, eventually, it’s shiny, cheap and badly made. Do not waste your money on this tat.

ordered 3 items,loafers, dungarees and a coat, the ordering processing not that clear so when i clicked for the discount to be added to order the coat it then put a second coat on, would not let me cancel order as all automated, on emailing them they said order could not be cancelled. luckily i did not authorize payment for second coat and after contacting them again they have said i can keep the coat as a gift. quality of coats is poor, cheap and tacky, shoes and dungarees wearable. beware of this company it is no more than a scam, will definately be checking trust pilot for future companies.

Exactly the same advert and offer was made by mila soho they've obviously renamed themselves to perpetuate the scam. Photos identical. Dresses were poor quality. Read my review for mila soho

Please Please Please do not order from this company. They are based in China and they totally misrepresent their products. I bought a pair of orthopaedic trainers. When they turned up from 'China' - they were a shoe, piece of cardboard in the flat shoe. Absolutely disgusting. On their website they have an image of Amora London. Should be Amora China - shopify have them on their platform. Disgraceful. Last thing they offer you something else ...and ask you to pay the shipping fee, for more of their rubbish.

NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Fooled by the “ London” in the name. Came from china. NO RETURNS!!!
Appalling nylon dress arrived. NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTO. Wrong sizing completely. Been charged for 2 and got 1.
THIS SHOULD BE BANNED.

Do not order from Amora London. It's a scam. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. Product would be over-priced in Poundland. They don't have a store in London, there's no way of returning items and the only contact email address is responsive when you purchase an item then bounces when you query, complain or request a refund - breaking at least all of the retail laws in the UK. Products are manufactured in Wuhan, China and are rubbish.

I wish there was a lower score to choose...scammed out of £35 to receive cardboard soled shoes marketed as orthopaedic trainers

Do not order from this business. The ad shows a shop supposedly in London. Return address on delivery label is a unit in Feltham.Ordered shoes, not suitable, no returns info in parcel, both emails on the Amora site for enquiries do not exist. Bank now helping to find a way to return and refund.

I ordered 2 x pairs of Brogues. They sent the wrong size. I have repeatedly asked for an address to send them back to and completed the questions they asked with photos of product 2 x sizes larger than what I ordered. They have still not sent me the address to send the shoes back to. They offered to send replacement shoes at correct size but I have not seen this order arrive. Really bad company.

I ordered what looked like a nice dress from the picture from Amora London. What a lovely shop! Except they dont have a shop or address and phone number. Guess why? This is all a front for a drop shipping business whereby they dont hold stock or ever see their products. They pass orders to China who send out shoddily made polyester items (cant call them dresses). They dont even put darts in for ladies busts. The orders take weeks to arrive and I am finding it difficult to get a total refund with excuses and offers instead. Please dont order from this outfit you will be very disappointed and will probably lose your money. These are fly by night people although no people seem to run it. BEWARE

Terrible company. I wish I had seen these reviews before purchase. I bought 2 dresses which looked beautiful in the online advert. They must use AI to distort reality. They are awful - nothing like the pictures, cheap horrible polyester material, terrible and very obvious sewing, the white pocket lining sticks out of the side seam so it looks as if you have a handkerchief permanently sticking out of your pocket. The most annoying & serious complaint however is the tactic used to trick you into buying a second dress identical to one you've already ordered (why would you want that?) As soon as I had ordered the dresses I got a pop-up message to say one of them was on special offer, would I like to buy it for the discounted price, which naturally I did. The CON is that you are ordering a second identical dress at the cheaper price (so I ended up with 3 horrific dresses rather than 2!!) Having read the reviews of how difficult it is to get money back/non-existent customer service I have chalked it up to experience & will read reviews on Trustpilot first in future.
I do agree with other reviewers that this terrible company should be investigated by Trading Standards/Advertising Standards for these sharp practices & shoddy quality.

Why is this company still allowed to operate. They are a real scam. They do send stuff but I don't think they stuff are safe or suitable for humans being to wear. I do think more should be done about this company. I have sent mine back to china but I have ready that getting your money back is hard.

Absolute rip off! Poor quality shoe, didn’t fit and not the right colour. Cheap and nasty shoe and lead to believe it was a uk based shop yet to return the shoes I would have to ship them to China at the same cost of the shoes!! Steer clear!

The item sold was very poor quality, not true to colour and did not fit. In the returns policy it states buyer will be responsible for returns shipping cost, but no where did it say .... to China. Amora London suggests a UK base and indeed the website shows a London store with red bus going by. However, there is no store. I have been in a loop of email responses with 3 being repeated in turn. I believe they should be reported to Trading Standards for misrepresentation. If you want cheap, poor quality, poorly made products go ahead ... If I could give no stars, I would.

Best not to buy anything from this website, very poor quality items, nothing like the material described or as shown in the pictures.
Also, seems fraudulent to name themselves Amora London, the website is very professional, however everything is shipped from China and refunds are not easily available.
Firstly if you complain about the quality and ask for a refund, they offer that you buy something else for the same price and just pay postage. If you don’t agree, they say keep the item and we will refund just 10% of the price and finally if you insist for a full refund, you are told that you can post the item back at your cost (to China) but please note that we need pictures and even after we receive the item it may not be in the best condition so you may not get a refund after all !!

Total scam advertising under false pretences, you think your buying from a reputable company with their advertisement of someone standing outside a beautiful shop in London and advertising suede orthopaedic loafers, with a 50% discount infact they come from China in a plastic bag made from plastic, okay only paid £50 would of expected them boxed, then I reported to the company how bad the quality was and they didn't fit they offered me £4.99 refund, if I wanted to return them it would cost me £30, but I could not be guaranteed the £50 back i paid please please do not buy from this company I wish I had looked up reviews before I purchased

Bought a set of straighteners back in febuary from the nec caravan and motorhome show with warranty and now the infrared plate one side only works, so basically they are scrap. Email after email with no response what so ever. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY its a scam scam scam. Money thrown down the drain. Avoid avoid avoid. There isn't a telephone number to contact them directly either.

Product took ages to arrive. Due to processing procedure and sales techniques I ordered two pairs of shoes. I immediately asked for the cancellation of one pair. This was not possible because the order was instantly processed. Two later product arrived. Shoes too big, very poor quality. I asked for a returns label. Several emails to the company and keep getting fobbed off. NOT HAPPY
