Good product and excellent customer service
Bought some food bins. I got the order delivery request wrong but the customer service sorted it without any fuss and very efficiently.

Quality of products was great but slow Delivery
Quality of products was great but had to wait over 2 weeks for product. I understand it's a small order around £50 + shipping but for me I would have liked a bit more communication.

Terrible 1st experience...
I was ordering for the first time from this site and probably the last time. Their specified despatch times are not accurate. Instead of 3-5 days I was waiting 3 weeks. I contacted them after 1 week, nobody has ever bothered to get back to me so I had to wait and see if I even receive my good. I received them in the end but this was not a good experience. I'll be shopping elsewhere as I was waiting for the order to do my products.
