Sorry to hear that your order hasn't arrived as soon as you (and we) hoped. As you are probably aware, you can use your tracking code to monitor the delivery process. Unfortunately, your order was delayed in the hands of the carrier company. International parcel services have been struggling to meet their targets in recent months, but it appears that your shipment was delayed due to the Easter weekend by the timing of your order. We hebben inmiddels al even contact gehad per mail, maar toch onze excuses voor de trage communicatie. De timing van de 420 Deal mailing pakte voor jou erg onhandig uit, dus zoals toegezegd sturen we je de gratis zaden uit de actie alsnog toe; ze gaan vandaag de deur uit. Het kiempercentage van je zaden hoort uiteraard hoger te liggen: dit is absoluut niet wat wij gewend zijn. Het blijft altijd moeilijk om te bepalen of het aan de zaden of de kiemtechniek ligt, maar in dit geval sturen we je nieuwe exemplaren bovenop je extra gratis 420 seeds, ook omdat we in de communicatie een steek hebben laten vallen. De zaden zijn onderweg, maar hopelijk neem je nog even contact op zodat we het helemaal in orde kunnen maken.

Wir sind durchweg zufrieden mit den Produkten, von den Seifen angefangen über die Creme, Salbe, Tabletten und Gummibärchen! Ich bestelle dort regelmäßig und möchte keine anderen Produkte mehr außer diesen haben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Shop ist super, der Versand nach DE zügig.
