I ordered semi-sheer pinch pleat curtains. The pinch pleat construction was insignificant. The spacing between each pleat was 8 inches. Overall, it was more like a flat panel and very disappointing. The fabric was attractive, but ripped easily.

After claiming to create custom sizes, they sent an incorrect size. I followed their directions to confirm custom sizes via email within 24 hours of ordering and customer service told me it was all set. They refused to fix the issue. I tried to compromise with a less expensive option, they sent only partial cost of repair without me agreeing to that, then stopped replying to me. So rude. There is no where on the website that actually states how they want you to measure nor that measurements depend on the type of curtain. They are dishonest and disorganized. I will never order from this company again.

The curtains we received were as promised, good price, nice condition. Just curious, that our original order was cancelled, and money refunded. A week later I put in the order again, this time no problem, and the item arrived.

The curtains are very cute and the embroidery is nice, but they are not blackout. Be careful when ordering, the website does not make it clear that you must order the "lined" and even then it does not block out light. You must use the special order instructions to request the blackout backing, which is a brown color. Seller would not refund unless I sent the curtains back to China, so I'm out the purchase price.

I was nervous to make the order but, after hanging the curtains I can say that the material is high quality, nice color, and the exact measurements that I requested. They have really elevated the look of the room. They were shipped and packaged well. I am so happy to have found this site.
