Ordered an item via Amazon which was promptly delivered in a good condition. Unfortunately a minor issue resulted in the product being unuseable. The company contacted me to see if everything was fine. I responded notifying them of the issue. A very competent customer services lady resolved the issues by immediately sending a replacement item. I am extremely impressed by this company (especially Catherine) and would not hesitate to recommend them and use them again in the future. If only large retailers were as caring as this company !! I was quickly sent an Anapulse Oxometer as I have bad covid and I'm 74. The instructions are so small but also unclear and vague. The readings changed constantly. I looked up my results online and it said I should get immediate help, but its Christmas eve? I took hourly readings all widely different despite following the instructions carefully.so I'm no wiser now just confused and very anxious.

Have contacted this company three times with a query using different means regarding one of their products and they have failed to reply. In the end I bought said product and they did not send me a complete product. I emailed with a view to resolving this issue and they have not replied.

We were able to reach a resolution so review edited up reflect this.

Initially the service was amazing, great product for a reasonable rental price. However, I returned the item using the packaging provided in November '21 and since then they have continued sending invoices and are now threatening to take further action if I don't pay (for an item 18 returned over 18 months ago)

I ordered a fetal heart doppler on the 27th of April at about 11am and it arrived at my home on the 28th of April at 2:50pm..
Absolutely fantastic service, such fast delivery.
The actual doppler is very good quality and came with the ultrasound gel needed for contact. As a midwife and as a expectant mother I would highly recommended Ana Wiz.
I received confirmation email immediately and a tracking email from DPD with in an hour or so of my purchase.

Thought I'd write a review as Ana Wiz has only 2 reviews on Trust Pilot for some reason. Ordered for next day delivery was sent tracking with DPD within a few hours and my medical scales were delivered next day within a 1 hour time slot. They were quite a bit cheaper than anywhere else to, and my 10% discount code worked as well. They have a bigger presence on Amazon with about a 1000 good reviews. Highly recommended. Many thanks

Currently rent a spectra from anawiz and have brought bits also cannot fault them at all had my spectra nearly five months they reply straight away I had to change my payment date and they done this without hesitation. Cannot thank them enough couldn’t afford a spectra renting has made it affordable.
