I've sold online successfully my van through Motorway to Anchor vans and Paul comes to collect it.

We bought our first car with Anchor Cars in Tadley. Antony was very good about letting us take our time and asking questions. We had it delivered by Jeff P who was very helpful and courteous. The car has since been to Devon and back with no issues. We had a slight miscommunication over where the tire lock was but got it sorted.

I had a great experience when selling my car to Anchor Cars. Their service is of the highest quality. Richard and Sebastian were incredibly helpful. Tony was amazing and kept me fully updated with his arrival and the process of collecting my car. I would highly recommend this dealership in the future.

Great customer service from start to finish. John was really helpful when we first went to look at the car and also guiding us through the purchase process -his customer service was excellent. Grant delivered the car to us and he was also brilliant, very professional and great customer service.

This company bought our car off of Motorway, from the start they were very easy to deal with, had a set process which was outlined well, made us feel comfortable when we phoned with questions. The driver, Steve B, who came to collect the car was the ultimate professional, made us feel at ease and on top of that was just a really nice guy. Would highly recommend this garage!

Not so happy, in addition to the vehicle price, I paid a compulsory fee which included a service on the ‘new’ car and given the receipt for things done and changed but the system doesn’t show service was completed and prompting me to carry out a service soon.

…Rear brake pads and discs less than 2k miles (just saw this last week) I’ve had the car just over a month.

This means I’ll be spending over £400 for an actual service and brakes within the next month to get these sorted. …Not so happy!

I was told I had to pay for the care pack so being told now it’s not compulsory but recommended, makes me feel conned.

Bought the car at 65k+ miles but it’s shows it’s 13 months overdue on service and was last serviced at 40,893. I literally paid for a care pack which was not genuine.

No way it’s wear and tear in literally 40 days which will cause car to need a service and brake pads and discs change.

Just be honest to buyers and you’ll be ok. I’m reducing this to 1 star based on experience and especially this response

Sales process was quick and easy but when vehicle developed an issue within 48hrs of purchase i found after sales support to be lacking. No interest in booking the vehicle in to be looked at and no offer of a courtesy car

Just bought a car from Anchor cars and i have to say that I'm a happy customer. Aston was really good through the whole process. Everything was carried out in a professional and friendly manner and would definitely recommend!!

My experience with buying my first car in the UK from Anchor Cars was one I would give a 5-star rating!
They walked me through the process of getting a financier and going the extra mile to give me a competitive rate.
Even when I had challenges midway into the negotiation, and developed cold feet, they went over and beyond to refund my deposit in full, while assuring me of their services whenever I was "ready" to get a car.

I eventually bought the car of my choice from Anchor Cars Tadley, and my family told me I got a very good bargain!!

I bought car this dealership they not very people my car been delivered my home address phone dealership told them got issues with car been told bring back we will fix for you took back drove 300 miles to dealership kept there 2 weeks and than had call come collect car can't fix book your local vauxhall garage to sort this issue out they not even taking responsibility car been faulty very first got all record seen legal advise see what can they do even finance company didn't help me at all .I will not recommend anyone buy car from they are scam people.

Peter collected my Seat Ateca and was extremely personable and professional. Very smooth transaction. Extremely happy and wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again in the future.
