great product, missing cable
Delivery was super fast and the lamp itself looks really nice and works well. The product quality and design are definitely a plus.
Unfortunately, the charging cable that should have been included was missing from the package. According to the product description, it should have been there. It makes me wonder whether this might have been a returned item, but there was no information about that on the product page.
Overall, I like the lamp, but the missing cable was a bit disappointing.

Na stronie jest napisane że towar dostępny, a wcale nie jest dostępny. Firma bierze pieniądz a potem czeka nie wiadomo ile aż towar będzie dostępny i wciąż informuje, o kolejnych opóźnieniach w dostawie. Straciłam cierpliwość i poprosiłam o anulowanie zamówienia. W odpowiedzi dostałam info że 'odpowiemy w ciągu 5 dni' także nawet na mail nie potrafią w rozsądnym terminie odpisać

Wysoki poziom w każdym aspekcie!
Poza świetna selekcją lamp wysokiej jakości, sam proces obsługi zamówienia był bez zastrzeżeń. Przy tak atrakcyjnych cenach jeszcze dostawa z innego kraju zrealizowana szybko i sprawnie, a towar dobrze zabezpieczony. Na każdym etapie byłam o wszystkim e-mailowo informowana i wiedziałam dokładnie kiedy otrzymam paczkę. Bardzo sobie chwalę zakupy w ANDLIGHT i polecam innym!

Piękna lampa. Świetny sklep.
Lampa świetnie zapakowana, zarówno przez producenta, jak i sklep - potrójne pudło. Chociaż klosz z uwagi na wielkość był zgięty na pół i do dzisiaj widać zmarszczenie w tym miejscu (2 miesiące). Mimo to pięknie się prezentuje. Znalazłam tą samą lampę taniej w innym sklepie i wysłałam wiadomość z linkiem. Dostałam na maila indywidualny kod promocyjny że sklepu, który obniży cenę lampy do kwoty którą znalazłam w innym sklepie. Jestem zadowolona z takiego obrotu sprawy.
Zdjęcia lampy zawsze pokazane są z zapaloną żarówką, przez co nie widać rzeczywistego materiału. Materiał sztuczny i pomarszczony, mąż nie był zachwycony. Doczytałam o właściwościach materiału. Ponoć ma odpychać kurz, jest wodoodporny. Nie wiem po 2 miesiącach użytkowania, lampa była trochę zakurzona, ale kurz łatwo ściągnęłam odkurzaczem. Jeszcze nie myłam pod wodą. Mocowanie lampy jest tak pomyślane żeby ją delikatnie odczepić i wyjąć podłużną część oświetleniową. Spoko. Łatwa w czyszczeniu. Łatwa w ponownym montażu. Polecam
