Poor quality and different items.
I ordered a dress from a website that claimed to be a Spanish brand. However, the shipping came from China, and the dress I received was completely different from what was shown on the website. When I attempted to contact them to arrange a return, they refused my request, stating that their return policy does not allow returns for items purchased on sale or with a discount code, even if the dress differs from the picture on their website.
