They suck no support at all but they keep releasing products without shipping the first ones

I have been waiting 6 month for my order and they just keep pushing back the delivery. I order for my grandson and he wants the items. This is bad customer service. Order in 09/2025

Metal Gear Solid Reversible Jacket is supposed to glow in the dark. They made one small part (probably ran out of the ink- who knows?) Then removed the image off thr website and esnt out not glowing without telling patrons who pre-ordered a year prior.

Then when attempted to contact them they would not respond. Not even on social media.

The purchased products totalling 350,85€ (including shipping) were never delivered.
The store did not make any insightful inquiry into the delivery, so I had to do that myself.
The shipping company had no answer as to why the products were not delivered and shipped back to the seller.
The seller demanded I pay for another shipping attempt which O refused as the obligation to successfully ship is unto them.
They then have ignored demands for a full refund. Neither have they attempted a re-delivery at no cost.

2 time now I got something from their site and twice they have canceled my order out of the blue and this ring it was the next day saying they sold out and I miss out on the sale again. idk what's up with this company but I'm done trying with them.

Honestly for a jacket from a company who doesn't have any sort of reputation. The price of 200 is dollars and higher threw me off. I got lucky and caught them having a flash sale. It's the most comfortable jacket I had in years. Not sure what materials they use but I love it.
