My address didn't fully auto fill when I placed a last minute order for my little sister's birthday so royal mail could not deliver the item and sent it back. I was very worried it wouldn't arrive in time for her birthday but Tony and the team sent it back as soon as they got it (with a couple of extra freebies which was very generous and I'm sure she'll love). Recently found this shop and it is awesome, got 5 anime figures and they are so good quality everything was 10/10 even the packaging was very protected and the boxes were in great condition, definitely recommend!
