Fantastic service
Really happy with the service I've received from Animigo. The hemp oil that we give our cat is really helping her wee arthritic leg. She's much happier when she gets it in her dinner every day. Animigo's website is very easy to use and we were kept advised of our order with a tracking number etc. Fantastic service. I highly recommend this company.

Awesome customer service!
My parcel was left in a bin by the courier - and collected by recycling, so I never received it. I was really impressed by the way in which Animigo handled the issue; the product was re-dispatched on the same day and I received it the next! Their rep on the phone was really courteous and helpful.

Do not trust this company
Do not trust this company, they lie!
I placed an order last Friday lunchtime, and paid £4.99 for next day delivery
The parcel never arrived, so I sent an email on Saturday to advise of this, and to ask where the parcel was.
On Monday, I received a reply stating that as I had placed the order after 4pm, I had missed the cut off, and my parcel would not arrive until Tuesday.
In many circumstances, I would have let this go however this was something I urgently needed for my cat, so.i spoke to customer service who admitted they had had a problem with their carrier, and my order was placed well before the 4pm cut off!
So they lied, probably safe in the knowledge that a lot of people wouldn't query this and request their delivery charge back.
I wouldnt have done, if my cat hadn't been left in discomfort for an extra 3 days.
I understand that problems arise in any business ,
BUT DO NOT LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!
