Placed order, got a proof email then afterwards crickets... Finally realizing I haven't received my order, sent an email. Got the nonchalant response and typical excuse the order was lost in the mail. Even though I never received an email stating your order is in processing or being shipped. Only options were refund or wait another 3 weeks for flag. So the order was never processed to begin with! Never again order from this company.

I ordered two Breeze flags, but for some reason one didn't have the canvas header where as the other received did.
Upon requesting an explanation the response was "only some are sent with canvas headers, for testing purposes".
Unfortunately this means the flag is not as clearly described, and is likely to have a reduced life.
They offered a refund, but I'm not happy with being fobbed off. These are cheap for a reason.

I ordered a flag that was supposed to be double-side and made from polyester fabric. What I received was a flag made one side and from thick plastic material like picnic plastic for picnic table and all black on the other side. I couldn't call because there was no phone number on their site. I did message them and now waiting on a response. I want a re-make correctly or a refund.

I would suggest that you purchase their flags from Amazon. You’ll get a great product super quick. I will never order from Anley directly again. Like others, you’ll get pre shipping info send tracking, but never anything else after that. Tried to contact via their instant message system and received no response. Sent email and waiting for response.

I have ordered a flag and a banner from Anley - they could not have been more helpful, professional, and prompt with their service. Their design team is great, very patient with the requests I had. The product is high quality. Our flag was for our grandson's new play structure and the banner was for our daughter's drive-by baby shower - they were both a big hit! Thank you Anley!!

I ordered a two sided flag but the black #3 is on opposite sides it should be on the same side front an back

Like other reviewers, I ordered my flag a month and a half ago and still haven’t received anything. I emailed customer service to ask where my flags are and they informed me that they were stopped at US customs. I checked the tracking number and the flags were made in China. That’s why they take to long! So just so you all know, this company who brands itself as being pro-America and tries to sell you things on nationalist holidays doesn’t even support our own economy by manufacturing in the US!
