I gave a low score based on the lengthy amount of time it has taken to receive my products, receiving an incorrect product and the shipments were all separate coming at different times. I did not get the intended flagpole I ordered and payed for, instead, I was given the option to buy the original pole I ordered at a reduced price or get a discounted refund on the incorrect flagpole. I processed and payed for my order at the beginning of May, and we are now into July still waiting for the last parts of the order. I have not been able to use my flagpole or flags because the flagpole base has taken nearly two months for delivery. The experience has not been good and would not recommend purchasing from this company…. ever!!!

Not happy with my 2nd purchase. I was to receive package on June 26th of 2020 then it changed to June 27th 2020 and it's now July 2nd and still no package
Tracking info is LY275701838CN was processed June 22 2020 through USPS Chicago IL, It Is Thursday July 2nd STILL NO PACKAGE

Communication horrible on product shipping. Site says located in Ohio.

It's in China. I ordered on May 23, 2020.

It's July 2nd, 2020, still haven't received my items.

OK for the price. Silk screen flag. I should have looked for a nice embroidered flag.

Took over a month to receive from China which is fine considering it was only $25 with shipping and handling. PRO: The flag is thick so I believe it will be sturdy and hold up to the wind when I start flying it. CON: when the image was printed it was stretched and not as dark as I hoped. OVERALL I would buy more and plan to buy more from the company but I would just experiment with my custom designs more before hand

My flag came in and it is exactly how I wanted it!!! Couldn’t have asked anything better with how it looked!

Great quality too a while and wish was made in US but again the quality is excellent!

Still have not received 2 of the 3 orders that I placed with them a month ago. I dont know if whether this is due to COVID19 but you cant take my money and not send me my order.

I ordered flags April 8th. It is now June 8th and I still haven’t received my flags. They haven’t even made it to the US and started tracking yet. I’m very disappointed and would like a refund.

Not all items arrived in same shipment. Waited over a week to hear back they were out of 1 item. Asked for refund, no response, and over a week later shipped item I no longer needed. Very poor communication. Company selling flags/items and company shipping flags/items are two wholly different companies.
