Terrible customer service. I ordered from Anley a set of aluminum 1.25" rotating flag mounting rings. According to their website the 1.25" rings would fit a 1" diameter flagpole, which is what I have. They do not. They are too large and will not secure to the flagpole. After sending two emails explaining the problem and waiting over 3 days, they did not even bother to answer back. I purchased to correct ones from another vendor. It's not the money, but the principle of the matter. If you have to return an item, good luck! Juan Pelaez

The quality of the flag I received is better than I expected it to be. The design is 100% accurate to what I requested. Also I received a couple of emails before the flag was made to confirm that it was going to be what I ordered. I really like that gesture.

You would have a '5' for flag quality, but you sent us another person's flag with ours. We figured it out because we are part of the same group. I paid $20 to express mail it to the other person in time for them to take it on a trip to Mexico with them. 🤨

We love our custom flag with The photo of our RV and our name and message on it. The staff was courteous and very helpful. It was made very quickly once we approved the mock up. We will be recommending you to our other RV friends.

In the PDF proof we got the Boat we were able to see. But the final product we can't see it at all so now we are stuck with just the name. I wish it was where you can see the Boat like in the proof or was told it wouldn't come out and we would have had the boat in white or something different.

Other than that the material is great.

Ordered a custom flag, product looks good.
Got an email that said flag was complete and shipped with a tracking number. 2 weeks go by after the “standard shipping” time. Sent email and got no reply. Finally 3 week later tracking number updated and package was coming from China.

I still haven’t receive May two flags it’s been 1 month since I order them worst service ever
