Definitely worth it
If you are thinking about buying a dress from here go for it!! I have been looking at one particular dress since January 2020 and I finally bought it for my 21st birthday and it was stunning. It was so vibrant and sparkly and great quality. Customer service was very helpful as well. I will definitely purchase again.

My dress arrived 2 weeks earlier than scheduled which was a positive surprise. The fabric is beautiful and soft and very comfortable. Everything was well packaged and prepared. Very happy with my purchase!

I’ve emailed several times to get an update on my order status and tracking and received no response from their team. My dress was already supposed to have arrived and I have no idea where it is. I originally tried to order a custom dress as their site advertises and even though I included notes in my order to do so they ignored the order details/ comments and processed it as a standard purchase. When I told them about the issue they told me to use a personal tailor instead (the obvious solution). I really wanted something unique for my January wedding but I’m wondering now if this was a bad choice. With such an expensive item I expect better communication and service than this.

Felt like a Princess
The quality of the dress I bought for my uni ball was just amazing. The material was so delicate and light. I had to do some alterations but nothing extreme, just to help the sizing and wasn’t difficult at all. I felt like an absolute princess. I have never felt so beautiful.

I bought a dress off this site to use for my wedding and was very happy but 24 hours later that all changed. On the dress’ page it said you can order the standard sizing or have it made from custom measurements, I’m thinking great because I don’t fit standard sizing, so I order and provide my measurements. On the made-to-order policy page it also says dresses can be made to custom measurements and you can also ask for a swatch card to change the colour of a dress. I was even happier thinking I could change the colour to another so I made sure to call them first thing on a Monday. This is where it all went downhill and fast! I was told that not only could I not change the colour, as of January (I called 30th November) they no longer offer to tailor a dress to custom measurements!! I was speechless and quickly went onto their site while speaking with their rep. Low and behold the website did 100% say they make dresses to custom measurements. The girl confirmed they no longer do this and wasn’t sure why the website still said (11 months later) that they do offer this. She said she’d ask production if it was possible and get back to me. In the meantime I was left wondering if I’ll get my wedding dress or have to start searching from scratch again and I needed this dress ASAP, and went and took screenshots of everything while I waited. I was told they would come back to me by end of day with an answer, well it got to the end of day and nothing. Just after they closed I received an email saying it wasn’t possible, I tried to call to ask for a refund and express my serious disappointment, and they were closed. Who the hell thought it was a good idea to email the response and after hours so I couldn’t call and discuss?! Worst customer service I have EVER received. I ended up calling the next day and they said they’ll process a refund (fingers crossed I actually get it!) and I tell them to take the offer off their site so no other customers are mislead. Apparently they had a few customers not measure themselves correctly, I measured myself multiple times to get the size right, so they took away the offer. Would it not be smarter to just charge a fee for custom measurements?! Maybe something to think about A&N!
I will never make an order with this company or their other label. Have to say it’s the worst company I’ve dealt with and they clearly don’t know how to run a business, you need to update your website if you make changes, it’s not hard!!

An unknown error within our product syncing system caused some of our items to refresh and display an old version of the product page. We were unaware of this until you bought it to our attention when calling on Monday. Immediately after speaking with our customer care agent, this was resolved and all incorrect products were updated accordingly.
If we could produce this style for you in your custom measurements we would do so, however, this is a service that we no longer offer on our online store.
It seems you are more upset that you can’t get your dream gown rather than your experience. As you are aware, you can still purchase the gown in a standard size and have it tailored to your measurement from your end, by a professional seamstress! :)
A refund has been provided for the cancellation of this order and a notification of this has been sent to you. The processing time frame for this is 5-7 working days. Due to your selection of an e-cheque payment method, PayPal is waiting for the funds to clear to us before they can be returned back to your account
As we have already accommodated your needs we do not see the purpose of this bad review.

The dress is absolutely beautiful
The dress is absolutely beautiful! It's a stretchy material and the gown looked incredible from the moment I pulled it out of the bag. My only feedback is the bag that you pay extra for to store the gown is definitely on the cheap side and I took issue with the fact that I paid extra for something that wasn't worth the price. There's a lot of room for improvement there in terms of quality of material but that's my only issue.

I placed an order for wrong size not realizing their size chart is different from USA size chart. I emailed Customer support right away and Leilani in Customer Service responded by assuring me that they would place my order on hold until I can confirm the correct size. Leilani made sure I received the size I needed and my dress was perfect. I’ll definitely be shopping again. I’m also happy with the quality.

Slow and unprofessional communication and customer service
My experience with A&N was nothing less than frustrating. When assisting me with customising my gown, my customer service agent was helpful but would still not respond promptly, however, when it was nearing the date on which my dress was to be delivered, replies became even slower and unprofessional.
I had paid an extra $100 for a rush fee for the dress to "arrive a week earlier" as assured by my agent but when I emailed them enquiring about the status of my dress 2 weeks before the arrival date, the agent said the dress would still be arriving on the date prior to the rush fee. When I asked why the dress would still be arriving late when I had paid $100 for a rush fee, they did not respond for an entirety of 2 days. So, I resorted to contacting them on Whatsapp within their business hours to receive an automated message saying they had closed for the evening.
Even now, with my dress needed for next week, I still have not received a tracking number (to which my agent said I would receive once my dress is shipped out).
Overall, customer service is extremely slow and their communication is inept, making my experience horribly frustrating.
