Scam company and disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. I needed heels for a special event and ordered a pair from this company weeks ago. First, I ordered according to their size guide and they arrived too small. I then initiated exchange that was supposed to be free, and the exchange pair was never shipped to me. I waited for a long time and had to reach out to their support to track it. The support team told be that their warehouse was busy and agreed to issue a refund- except they charged me 20 pounds for it!! I had to basically pay for their mistake. Total scam!!

Having to pay to return an item is unacceptable
The leather is good quality, but the design clearly lacks refinement. That said, it’s certainly a matter of personal preference and “taste and style”.
However, what I find totally unacceptable is that you have to pay 30 CHF to return the item. In the age of e-commerce, where many brands, large and small, go to great lengths to make returns easier, I cannot understand why a supposedly ‘renowned’ brand would charge for them.

The most gorgeous designs, I fell in love with this brand at first sight and ordered two pairs. The products I received were beyond my expectations: Praise has the softest leather, doesn’t need breaking in and has the most flattering shape. The Sneakerina is the most elegant sneakerlike shoe ever. Will need to get more models!
