I ordered shoes for a wedding and they arrived too late
My daughter ordered shoes for her wedding and then needed an exchange that then arrived after the wedding. Four days later than maximum delivery day.
Not happy to pay for returns, most online shopping has free returns.

shopping experience was great but what a nightmare to get the print label done for exchange. I am trying for a week now, the platform is not working well and this is still not sort out. I cannot send my shoes back and I cannot receive and wear the new ones at my seize.

Placed my first order recently and was over the moon when I received my sandals. They are beautiful, gorgeous, make me feel sexy while wearing them. Unfortunately on my first night out wearing the sandals there was an incident with my heel. Somehow some of the material came off. I sent a picture to Anoymous Copenhagen, explained what happenend and they exchanged my sandals without any further questions. Have not had such a great customer service in a long long time. Really guys. You put a smile on my face and made my heart jump. Ready to place my next order ❤️

I have ordered sandals sadly the shoes were not identical. For this price one would expect much more.
This has happened on both occasions- additionally I had to pay £20 for each return!

Sent completely the wrong order (I ordered black boots with black sole and received the pale sole). I emailed them three times to request a refund (otherwise they charge for returns). Still waiting !!!
