Pretty good customer service : they answer quickly and are very nice. My first item wasn't in stock anymore so I got a full refund and even a discount code. The items fit to the photos and were received quickly.

They sent me the clothes I bought but they were not what the picture showed. After they received the clothes, I waited for weeks before I emailed them asking where my return is. They said “thanks for reminding us” then later sent another email. When I returned them, they only refunded me $11 (so they said, it never showed in my account) out of the $45 worth that I returned and refuse to give me a full refund despite tags still being on, never being worn.

I only ordered two items, but they both got here and look like what I ordered, it did take a while for everything to ship but I was notified prior and given the option to cancel if I felt like the wait was too long. They have pretty great customer support & tend to respond either the same day or the next day, so it's not long of a wait. I would definitely order again. The quality of the items I ordered was great as well, there is a certain plastic(?) smell that goes away soon after and I suspect is mostly due to the plastic bag it's in because the smell is first noticed when opening the packaging and pulling out the plastic bag.
