Horrible mi experiencia con estas cámaras ya he comprado 6 cámaras 4 no las pude conectar no trabajan sin wifi como dice la página y las dos que puede conectar con wifi me las desconectan cada 6 días para que vuelva a comprar datos carísimos y lo único que les preocupa a este vendedor es que yo quite mis reseñas nada más son un fracaso

Avec ANRAN ne faites pas l’erreur de faire une erreur

Après un premier achat qui nous avait donné toute satisfaction, nous avons voulu acheter des caméras complémentaires. Malheureusement, nous nous sommes trompés sur le produit.
Et là l’échange avec le SAV est insupportable, vous n’avez affaire qu’à des robots ils sont impossibles à joindre par téléphone ils ne comprennent rien à votre besoin et finalement je dois leur renvoyer le produit à mes frais avec une vague adresse. Ils ne font pas l’effort d’envoyer une étiquette de renvoi
Le produit n’est pas mauvais, mais ne faites pas la moindre erreur. Cela devient kafkaïen

Not impressed with these cameras at…

Not impressed with these cameras at all. The picture that comes on my phone is very nice and clear. I have not figured out how to see video on the SD card, I emailed the company, they emailed me back and said it's a known problem they are working on it. So I have four cameras that I cannot review my video on using the SD cards. At first one you worked coming in the driveway a couple of times know it doesn't catch me coming in the driveway at all, but will catch a car going down the road once in a while. For the money that was paid for these cameras overall very disappointed with the performance of the camera. Their app is a bit confusing. I feel like I'm a guinea pig to see if the SD card and all the other functions are going to work and if they don't I'll be stuck with four cameras I can't do nothing with or I'll have to buy cloud which is not an option. I well not purchase these anymore.

Customer service is trash

Customer service is trash. If you want to talk to a person it’s a 6 hour wait time. The product quality is trash. Sure it works great when it’s first bought but will not hold up over time. I would not recommend this to anyone unless you want to replace cameras every couple years. Their warranty speaks volumes about their product. Save yourself some money and buy something else.

J’ai acheté 2 caméras solaire ANRAN

J’ai acheté 2 caméras solaire ANRAN. Après 3 semaines d’utilisation il y a en a une qui en charge plus correctement donc obligé de la charger toutes les semaines. Ensuite la détection de mouvement qui ne fonctionne plus !!!
J’ai contacté le SAV ANRAN qui m’ont effectivement répondu et m’ont demandé de faire pleins de manipulations et après tout cela la caméra ne fonctionne toujours pas.
Bref… je ne recommande pas ces caméras.

Anran support never replies

This is my 2nd post here, this time to draw attention to the total lack of communications from Anran.
You will see multiple 1 star posts here, where Anran replies by recommending contact with anran support for resolution.
But support @ anran - cctv never replies, so problems can never be resolved.
Emails are unanswered, the US and UK telephone numbers are always busy and on-line help says they will connect you with a senior adviser who never connects.

SLOW BUFFERING CAMERA

I purchased a replacement camera for the front of my house, thought I would change brands big, mistake should have stayed with brand that stopped working it was a few years old, this Anran is terrible, goes very slow and goes green, doesn't film half of the night, my other before it broke captured everything, contacted Anran for refund, been told its my wi fi funny it worked on other camera no buffering no going slow or green, still waiting for refund trying everything to fob me off, AVOID

Produkt: ANRAN 5MP WLAN Überwachungskamera Set Außen, 12" NVR, 2TB, 360° Auto Track Outdoor

Das Produkt:
ANRAN 5MP WLAN Überwachungskamera Set Außen, 12" NVR, 2TB, 360° Auto Track Outdoor Überwachungskamera Set wurde zunächst mit einem falschen Netzteil geliefert, wodurch die Festplatte nicht erkannt wurde. Nach mehrmaligem Kontakt mit dem Lieferanten erhielt ich einen Nachlass, um das richtige Netzteil selbst zu besorgen.
Mit dem korrekten Netzteil funktionierte die Festplatte zunächst. Nachdem der Speicher voll war, ließ sich die Festplatte jedoch nicht mehr über den NVR formatieren, sodass keine weiteren Aufnahmen möglich sind.
Seit etwa zwei Monaten stehe ich deswegen mit dem Hersteller ANRAN in Kontakt. Anfangs kamen noch Rückmeldungen, inzwischen bleiben E-Mails unbeantwortet, obwohl das Gerät erst wenige Monate alt ist und noch Garantie haben sollte.
Insgesamt entspricht das Produkt für mich nicht dem erwarteten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Aufgrund meiner Erfahrungen würde ich nicht erneut bei diesem Anbieter bestellen.

Fantastic camera for little money

I Purchased an outdoor security camera in December it was so easy to set up and the results are outstanding. Yesterday I recharged the battery and when I come to use it it wouldn't work. Contacted Anran support they were right back at me with advice to get it up an running again. I quickly realised the issue of it not working was down to me I had done something stupid. After i took the advice and made some quick adjustments the camera was up and running in no time. Can't recommend ANRAN enough they were fantastic this is definitely the company to purchase your cameras from. Well done ANRAN

I bought four cameras from their…

I bought four cameras from their website it took almost a month to get them in and then after 2 weeks of having them one camera lost its night vision and does not work. Contacted tech support at anran 3 months ago and still have not received a replacement warranty camera. They have stopped answering my emails so now I am flooding the internet and social media about this ordeal. Stay away from this company.

ZEER SLECHTE KWALITEIT EN "SERVICE"

2 toestellen met 5 mil. pixels laden niet op via het solar paneel en opladen via een powerbank of netstroom gaat soms wel maar meestal niet. Moet ze nu contstant opladen.
Hun naverkoop is quasi nul. Ben al heel lang aan hun mails aan het zenden en telkens vragen ze andere info die ik steeds gaf.
Tijd geleden kreeg ik de belofte dat ze twee nieuwe cameras gingen bezorgen. Vandaag ze nog eens wakker geschut en ze zijn zelfs nog niet verzonden !
Nu vragen ze weer een contact nummer dat ik nooit heb gekregen (en in hun administratie willen ze blijkbaar niet kijken).
Alles om toch maar hun verantwoordelijkeid te ontlopen.
Ga er mee stoppen, het sop is de kool niet waard. Kan mijn tijd beter gebruiken zonder dergelijke frustraties : HET ZIJN BEDRIEGERS.

My Anran Q3 camera is no longer…

My Anran Q3 camera is no longer recording only after a year of use. I have contacted customer service, they promised to help for almost 2 months. Never got any replacement under warranty or a refund. This chinese company cannot be trusted.

Don't buy any ANRAN systems as they totally fail to back their products!

Blurry camera's and no alternative for replacement!
Camera system is only 2+ years old and already discontinued with no option for spares or any upgrades!
Customer service not even interested in trying to help rectify this problem at all.
Although the cctv system I have originally worked well with extremely hard to understand and implement instructions on operation and installation, it's failed on 4 of my 8 camera's! The failing camera's have become blurry even though I have regularly cleaned them. (They don't appear to hold up well in the weather - especially in direct sunlight!
Now it appears as though I have to replace my whole system as ANRAN have discontinued the product with no alternative options. So no compatible camera's to replace the faulty one's!
