Purchased some items on Nordstrom Rack Last Call sale got a tracking number saying this logistics company was delivering my package (BTYCN0100704082YQ).. Never got it.. 17track.net says it was delivered on May 22 It was never delivered.. Now cant even find the website I purchased the items from because it says tandelier.com collections 404 PAGE NOT FOUND - I should have known better

BTYCN0099734264YQ second package marked delivered Feb 27 but nothing was received. This site is starting to look purposely working with scammers.

Totally crooked - after 40+days said was delivered, never was delivered , would give minus star rating if possible 😔

My order from UGG Australia never arrived, despite stating it was delivered. A total scam. Also the online shop is suspicious.

Acabo de revisar el estado de mi paquete y aparece como entregado y es mentira, se han robado mi paquete. Cuidado con esta empresa llamada AnserX, si ves q tu pedido vendrá con ellos cancelar inmediatamente. Son una empresa fantasma no hay teléfono ni correo electrónico donde reclamar. OJO.............ESTAFADORES

Never received my fatbike. Tracking says delivered . Tracking btycn0096914864yq I was home all day. No communication possible with anserx. Impossible to send contact formular. Not even worth 1 star. Scammers !! They don't answer mails.

I bought a headboard from Zara. I was given a tracking no and order no from Zara. I bought on 5/09/25 and followed tracking on Track 718.com. The courier was named as AnserX. I was informed it was delivered on October 1st. It was NOT delivered. I have tried everything, from emails, not answered to phone numbers not answered. This includes Zara. They are IMPOSSIBLE to contact. 4 emails not answered and phone numbers cutting off.
So AnserX, Track 718 and for me Zara are a no no.
It is showing that I have given 1 star above. I have given no stars but it will not allow me remove that star. So NO stars from me……

SCAM CARRIERS. They have NO interest in helping as there is no customer service. Had a tracking number and followed for 24 days until it came up as delivered. WAS NOT delivered, to me anyway. As you cannot see any details, who knows if anything was real???

This company works with scammers. Expect long delays and then you never receive anything. DO NOT USE THIS CORRUPT COMPANY. Impossible website.

It’s a scam. Fake tracking information to a location not even close to my state and address in the USA.

They didn't delivered my parcel from Aliexpress. The photo they show as a proof is someone's desk.
Aliexpress works with scammers. Be aware

The same as many other reviewers, we have had a recent experience where ANSERX operated in conjunction with a scam seller - OUNWEAR.COM - to provide fake tracking data via the 17TRACK tracking service.

My wife unknowingly ordered goods from OUNWEAR (via a fake/cloned website). They provided tracking via 17TRACK. But the carrier, ANSERX was obviously part of the scam and reported that the goods had been delivered, when they obviously hadn't been. We have tried to contact ANSERX, but it is impossible to get a response from them by any means.

Waited 30 days for my parcel, wasn't fussed as could keep track via tracking provided through 17track. Parcel claimed to be delivered at 5.38am. It wasn't, nor was it left anywhere or any information given. Both merchant and AnserX claim its the other party's fault whilst im out of pocket from several hundred.

A package sent from China, followed their tracking for 24 days and apparently delivered to my address as stated on their tracking facility. I never received the item and emails not answered.
I don’t think I’m the only one with this experience.

Not happy with this company been waiting for a parcel for over a month now its saying delivered but I haven’t received it it’s a scam

Tengan cuidado con esta empresa, es un fraude. Marcan entregados los paquetes cuando nunca llegan, no tienes manera de contactarlos. Es de China.

Do not trust this company, my package says delivered but I have not received it and of course no answer from my emails.

I should’ve trusted my usual instincts but I also thought I was ordering a product from Costco until I received the email and it came from costco-uk at ounwear dot com
