The application process for quant roles is tedious with multiple stages of interviews and assessments over several months. Working with my recruiter, Alex Hugall, throughout the process made it a smooth and streamlined experience, and ultimately helped me secure an offer.

Alex was extremely helpful, and he was in close contact with me at every step of the process. Interviews with the company were set up seamlessly by Alex, and he gave me helpful guidance on calls and emails throughout, checking up with me before and after every stage. I really appreciated the support with my application.

Will Cristobal accompanied me during the whole process with a hedge fund for a Quant researcher position.
