Scam return policy. 23% restocking and only with approval that slow to come

I looked at all my email box’s we did receive any responce till this email. So I now get a return from you today 7/1 that said return good only till 6/27??? Then you state a 23% restocking fee. This is one big scam. So you all delay any response Tim it’s expired what a bad biz plan. This responce will become a great review for who people should not shop at your company. This is very upsetting to my wife. So today I will start my giving you bad to worst reviews. Shame on you all over $50.

I have ordered several items from Antique Farm House and have always been very happy-with my latest order, the delivery was delayed-I contacted their customer service and they were extremely helpful and followed up through the delivery. I was so impressed with the service-it's rare these days to see that kind of care. I highly recommend them.

Set of 3 faux geraniums

I just received the Assorted Faux Geraniums In Cement Pot Set of 3. They are cute, cute, cute. So glad I ordered them. I hope they get them back in stock because I may order another set.

Very impressed with the Antique Farmhouse store and the products they sell.

Still waiting

Just waiting for my cherries sign that I ordered and wondering how long it takes as I already received the other part of the order. I don't have an order number so I can't check on it. No confirmation was ever sent to my email but I was charged immediately. Just wish there was some way to check on orders. No phone numbers on this site either. Thank you, Frances Funderburk

Great customer service experience

Great customer service experience. My original order arrived damaged, and the first replacement also came broken. Each time, the company responded quickly and sent another replacement without any hassle. The third shipment arrived in perfect condition. I really appreciated how responsive and helpful they were throughout the process, especially at a time when it can be difficult to even get a reply from some companies. Their dedication to resolving the issue was impressive, and I would not hesitate to order from them again.

Customer Service is Excellent!

I received my order and wanted to return it as I wasn’t happy with the finish. They responded immediately and resolved the issue within a day. Their quick response and refund was immediate. I will buy again from them. Customer service is great!

I like antique farmhouse

I like antique farmhouse. My only issue is that it takes forever to get your items. So if need something quickly expect at least 3 to 4 weeks.

Fabulous!

First off I have ordered many items from this shop and never once been disappointed. Everything is packaged with care and shipped promptly. I love shopping here bc it so unique and the customer service is simply the best! Doesn't get better than Antique Farmhouse!

Unreliable, inconsistent and disappointing.

Ordered a number of items from Antique Farm House.

Warehouse deliveries are inefficient. Expect your order to arrive in an oversized tractor trailer, one item per day, front yard/porch delivery only of boxed item.

Double check for accuracy (paper invoice and box contents may not match). Check box and content condition as damage may have occurred in warehouse or en route. (Take pictures.) Expect polite, but limited assistance from driver.

As first/time buyers, we’ve experienced one accurate delivery (impressive quality), one accurate delivery (questionable quality), one wrong delivery (waiting on pick up/return) and one poorly packaged, damaged delivery (took pictures, refused delivery).

We have requested refund on damaged item. We are waiting for delivery of two remaining items.

Inconsistent at best and overall disappointing experience. Buyer Beware.

While oversized tractor-trailer deliveries and curbside/porch drop-off are standard for large freight, accuracy, packaging quality, and item condition should always meet expectations. We regret that this was not the case with several of your deliveries. Receiving the wrong item, encountering damaged packaging, and needing to refuse a delivery is understandably disappointing.

We appreciate that you documented the damage and notified our team promptly. Your refund request for the damaged item is being processed, and we are actively monitoring the remaining deliveries to ensure they arrive correctly and in proper condition.

Your comments regarding warehouse handling, order verification, and delivery consistency have been shared internally for review and improvement. We value your feedback—it helps us identify where we need to do better.

I ordered 2 pieces of artwork

I ordered 2 pieces of artwork. When I received them the frames looked totally different. I sent an email and Lori from customer service got back to me quickly. I sent a picture of the ones I received and the ones on the site. She agreed and spoke with the artist that different wood may have been used. She said if I was willing to keep them they would take 50% off! That’s customer service! Thank you Lori for being so courteous. I look forward to my next purchase.

Poor Quality of Items with no Quality Control

Today, 1/7/2026, I received my order. I ordered the "Beaded Round Footed Display Tray Set of 2". One of the round footed display trays (the smaller one) was missing (2) of the (4) feet, rendering the item useless. Company has failed to respond to my request for a refund. Furthermore, the company wants you to ship the items back at your cost for a defective product they sent in the first place. Poor quality items that are imported chinese goods. Please read all reviews before ordering from this company.

This is cheap Chinese crap

This is cheap Chinese crap. I'm sorry I fell for their "vintage-inspired decor" ruse when they are really a front for a Chinese dropshipping business.

Stay far away from this business. My items arrived deformed and they are not making my return easy even though I received it today and I have 7 days to request a refund. I'll probably just charge this back.

Great products and customer service

I ordered several items from Antique Farmhouse. I love everyone of them. Had a question about 1 of the items and their customer service was top notch! I left a voice message and an email and I received a call back from them within a couple hours. So happy with products, shipping time and customer service!

I ordered a mirror and received it…

I ordered a mirror and received it broken from the shipper. Instead of making me jump through hoops, they sent a new BEAUTIFUL mirror. No hassle, no drama. I’m so impressed with not only the quality of the product I bought, but the level of customer service. Thank you for caring about your customers:)

Their Products are cheap and made in China

I ordered a round coffee table that looked good in the photo (scam) it was $400 and it was a cheap table made in China
The knot hole were fill with white paint and it looked so cheap
I went to return it and that was not a problem.
I went to UPS and it was $213 to mail it back plus the Antique Farm House company changed a 23% restock fee of $92. So my refund would be $95
Are you kidding me! Buyer beware!

Great items and shipping…

I have had the best experience from this country. Everything so far has come through without being broken or in a mess. High quality items. I ordered deer that was fairly large and packing was great. Just received two lamps from them. Great shape and so neat looking. Lori in customer service is fabulous and answers any questions or concerns. I can't say enough about how wonderful this company is. I now have a console table I ordered a couple of days ago and hope I have the same experience.
