First, shipping of my original order was great. Arrived quickly and timely.
Second, the carry-on suitcase and overnight bag that rides on top of the suitcase and fits under the airplane seat are both great. They hold a lot -- and are amazingly light in weight and are easy to maneuver.
Third, I am deeply grateful that the overnight bag, whose snap was so tight that we couldn't open it without tearing the fabric, was replaced. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

I am on my cruise in Scandinavia with my new Antler medium and small luggage and I love Antler! Found the brand in the U.S. and it’s so much better than my old Away or Samsonite. Lighter and more efficient with outside pockets and a large center compartment.

Service was great but bag would have benefited
from leather strap. I had to go to shoe repair
place to add brass D rings so my daughter could
use it with her favorite vachetta strap. Makes the
bag more versatile and perfect.

I love the look, the size, and the weight of my Antler bag. My only disappointment is that the straps to hold luggage are the criss-cross style, rather than having 2 solid cinch straps like my London Fog. I love those because you can really cinch down your luggage cubes. With Antler's straps, you can't do that. Still, overall - with the 4.6 lb (you say 4.1, but it's 4.6 on my scale) - and the perfect size that even pleases picky Air France and Lufthansa - 5 stars from me.

I have not yet received the product I bought nor any compensation for troubles caused.

I buy Antler luggage because it is incredibly lightweight and stylish. I like the silent glide spinner wheels and the way the suitcases
roll smoothly over the European cobble stones.
The luggage has comfort grip handles. The interior of the luggage is pretty with pockets on the inside. The zippers work smoothly and seem strong to me. The built in locks work well. My main reason for buying the Antler luggage is the lightweight feature. I am happy with my purchase of the carry on and hardshell suitcases. Antler also has a lifetime
warranty. The online ordering service was easy and user friendly. My luggage was delivered as promised.

One of the wheels bent 45 degrees the first time I used this bag for a trip. I have no idea how it happened, as I'm usually pretty careful with my stuff. My only guess is that it was bent coming onto the luggage carousel, but I have no idea. All I know, is that the quality must be pretty low for this to happen on its inaugural trip. Otherwise, it's a great looking bag, just wish the quality was there.

Also as an FYI, this type of issue is not covered by their warranty either.

I have not yet used the suitcase but I am impressed. The lightweight suitcase is as lightweight as advertised (amazing!) and feels well made. The wheels roll smoothly and the suitcase feels really easy to control. I’m also surprised I can fit as much as I can into the suitcase. I purchased a set of compression packing cubes mainly to organize packing but they do a good job of maximizing space.

I was also impressed by how quickly the package was delivered and how well packaged it was. It comes in a nice cloth bag which I will use when the luggage is not in use.

The final test will come when I actually go to the airport and travel. I will try to update my review afterwards

I wanted to wait to review until I had a chance to use it.

I researched for hours looking for a mid-sized travel backpack that didn't look tech bro, super technical like for a hiker or hunter, or a turtle and somehow came across Antler. Probably through a targeted Ad on social media. I bought the 28L Discovery backpack to use on our 3 week trip to Italy as my one bag. I was able to fit so much with a packing cube however I wish I had bought a aftermarket shoulder harness strap off of Amazon to make it more comfortable to carry weighted down. I had a full water bottle and a latex travel pillow dangling off of it which probably pushed my limit for shoulder weight. The bag itself is very light. Other than not having a shoulder harness it had everything I was looking for - clamshell, water bottle holder, space for laptop, and a couple of front pockets.

The backpack came quick and the ordering process was easy. I'm hoping it holds up for more vacations to come. There is nothing to make me think that it will not so far.

The suitcase is nice, but the outer shell became scuffed and looked old quickly. That was a disappointment. I have cleaned it but many marks have stayed put. Does not make me feel put together as a traveler due to the marked appearance.

Product quality

Ordered 2 pieces of new luggage and decided to return which I did less than 48 hours with a UPS receipt. I waited a couple weeks and emailed Antler (there is no customer service phone) and they emailed me (which I still have) saying 'I made marker marks on the luggage' and they cannot give me a credit. What? I would never do such a thing and emailed them. Marcelo said that I made these marks ~ and would receive no refund. Finally my bank Card Dispute was settled cause they had no proof of their lies and I received my Credit Refund! I could NOT believe this was happening - never has happened to me. I did find another brand and enjoy my new luggage. Do Not buy with them ~ Not worth the trouble!

Super light

When I ordered my luggage I fed in my credit card but apparently another card was on file and I got 2 orders. I never opened the travel bags and immediately returned the duplicate luggage. I had great email responds and followed the instructions provided which were clear to follow

I looked for quite a while to find the perfect travel backpack. This is it!

Excellent fabric quality as strong yet lightweight and soft feel. Medium size with an understated beige color, black interior and inside compartment for water bottle. Solid hardware (matte finish), trolley sleeve had nice fit...all good. Very pleased.
