If I could give them zero I would This site is a scam. The pictures do not match the website pics or description. It said linen//cotton and what I got was polyester. None of the dresses looked like the website.
On top of it, they will not send me a return label even though their return policy states they will pay for it to ship back. None of the items have a tag of any kind about fabric or care. When you try to return they tell you to keep the items for a 50% refund. I would not even donate these clothes they are so bad.

Je ne recommande pas du tout ce site. Cela fait un mois que j’ai demandé un retour, sans réponse de leur part!

Incorrect item sent. Fake item sent and wrong colour. Have contacted customer service multiple times with no constructive help, and twice have been ignored. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.

Ganz schrecklich.. verspätete Lieferung. Schlechte Qualität. Rücksendung auf eigene Kosten oder 14 Euro Rückerstattung bei einem Kaufpreis von fast 50 Euro.. Und das nach 3 Monaten nach einem endlosen email Schriftverkehr.. nie wieder!

Buenos días , empezar diciendo que es una estafa bien montada, se valen de estar ubicados a tomar por cullll. La prenda que les pedí mal confeccionada no es lo que especifican en su pagina, ni piel ni nada me costo 69,99 Euros y no vale ni 1 Euro, de hecho tuve que madrugar un día para que nadie me viera tirar al contenedor semejante mierddd, gracias a que lo pague con Paypal que fueron ellos los que me reembolsaron la totalidad de la prenda. Porque por parte de la tienda me rembolsaban 44Euros y me quedaba con la chaqueta, claro que no lo acepte pues como dije no vale ni 1 Euro o me dieron la posibilidad de mandarles la chaqueta pagando yo el envió aduanas y demás cosa que se iba a unos 30 Euros y cuando ellos lo recibieran me reembolsarían el dinero o no y luego reclama allí a tomar por culll.
En fin un desastre de sitio espero que esto lo lea mucha gente antes de hacer un pedido.

They also made me pay for the postage to send their god awful, Poundland Halloween costumes Even their site is sketchy, only showing positive reviews and number of purchases. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Rücksendung nach China auf eigene Kosten.

I made an order over a month ago. The order never got delivered to my address, and it dropped off Shop tracking. I find Shop tracking useless anyway. When I went on Arnuvogel site to try to contact them, the verification didn't work at all. This company is a sham.

absolutely umvertrauenswürdig, ware war von äusserst schlechter Qualität und entsprach überhaupt nicht der auf den Photos. Bin noch im Prozess des Rücksendens, die chinesische Firma hinter anurvogel will mir nur 50% meiner Kosten rückerstatten. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert, sind Betrüger

Ich habe eine lila glänzende Jacke bestellt und per PayPal leider bereits bezahlt. Nachdem ich 3 x unterschiedliche Trackingnummern erhalten hatte, habe ich PayPal mit der Zahlungsrückforderung beauftragt. Dann erhielt ich tatsächlich eine Trackingnummer und die Ware wurde 3 Wochen verzögert geliefert. Damit war mein Geld weg - was war in dem Packet? Eine häßliche schwarze Jacke mit dem Aufdruck von Jordons Nike, die hatte ich nicht bestellt, noch hat diese irgendwas mit wertig zu tun. Außerdemd ist das ein Markenfake - daran möchte ich mich nicht mal beteiligen! Finger weg von diesem Shop!

Das Produkt ist nicht annähernd passend zur Beschreibung auf der Webseite. Es (Arbeitshose) trägt ein nachgemachtes Carhart-Logo das ist Produktpiraterie- counterfeiting und verstößt gegen das Gesetz.
Der Rückversand für eine Erstattung ist zu 100% vom Kunden zu tragen.
Nie wieder ... never again.

Worst company I have ever ordered anything from.
Wrong item sent.
Customer Service wants to charge me for return shipment of the wrong item, and only partially refund the price of the item purchased but not delivered.
Also I sent it back at my cost. Then they said I needed a return number.
So no refund 3 months on. And they have the wrong product back as well.
Massive scam.
