Making a probate sale much easier

Kappa and his colleagues were very helpful from the beginning.
A very quick process from the initial conversation. 10% deposit was paid on time and was very helpful in the moving process. The original offer price given didn't change.

The company were very understanding when I came to them with my enquiry on selling my inherited house. They were great from start to finish and the process was completely stress free. Communication was quick and reliable and they answered any questions I had even if I thought they were silly ones.

A fair price and excellent service
